The location is perfect, right beside shopping mall Direct access from hotel from 1st floor. The room interior is quite outdated and the floor is very cold even after the air-conditioning is off. Nevertheless the service are good they will come if needed. Would stay here in the future, hopefully by then the room is having much better updated interiors

Clean Good location Consumables are not available unless asked for, and not for all rooms (except shampoo and soap). Reception and staff not as freindly as they are supposed to be, however , not aggressive and maintain minimum behaviour. Very small restaurant and limited food options. Good swimming pool for kids.

I have been staying in Millennium Executive Apartments since May 2022 for business trips. I like the place as it is close to my office and I find the place comfortable. Highly recommend this place because of their excellent hospitality and location!

Nice friendly staff and good family place to stay, connected to mall with easy access. Thanks Baber and Esam who were very welcoming. The apartment is equipped with kitchen, you can do some in house cooking, with a balcony to take fresh air.

Apparthotel ok pour une halte mais pas pour un long séjour. Appartement spacieux et équipé. Accolé à un centre commerciale . Salle de sport fermée alors que rien n'était indiqué sur le site lors de la réservation. Piscine sale, transat sale, parasol cassé, déchet tout autour de la piscine, bref pas entretenu...quel dommage surtout avec des enfants en plein moi d'août.

The staff at the property were ALL very helpful, even where we had language barriers. Kudos to all. We found the breakfast options covered many tastes and there was always plenty and it was fresh. The location is good if you dont have a car given the link to the mall and another accross the road. Only downside could be that there are not many sun loungers, if it was busier. The gym did not apoear to be open, but again we were not that bothered. Muscat is not really walker friendly and sightseeing is quite spreadout, so you need to book trips, hire a car. or just chill by the pool.

The rooms were massive and it had a homely feel so we enjoyed that after staying at a hotel for over a week with the kids! However, the property needs a re-do, it has seen its time and needs some serious maintenance. There was ab unbearable stench from the sinkhole that really put me off. It was convenient that the property was attached to the shopping mall albeit one of the older malls. It was easy to go get food or groceries from Carrefour so that was a bonus. Thinking about it now, the hotel was pretty expensive for the overall experience but we never really stay at serviced apartments so this was a first. I think it would have been a complete different review a few years ago with the property few years newer and prices lower!
