The room and hosts are first rate. Personable and friendly reception. Added extras are the book with dining suggestions and an optional cooked breakfast, which though pricy is well worth the cost. The room we were in was superb - very comfortable and elegant. You could willingly cancel you outing plans and just relax there and enjoy the outstanding view. Additionally, there was easy access to nearby restaurants & public transport. We will most certainly return.

Great house in a good location for Musselbueough opposite the race track, friendly and helpful hosts, clean and airy room, tasty breakfast, I would highly recommend it as a place to stay. The surrounding area is lovely for walking, has interesting places to visit and good restaurants.

Lovely place to stay, overlooking the Race course /golf course, very nice house.
The Breakfasts were wonderful plenty of choice, the hosts were friendly and helpful,

We were met by the owner no problem to check in at 11am.took us to our room showed us were the breakfast room was ,lovely view from the big bay windows over the horse racing and golf course were made to feel welcome.would certainly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful hospitality, great accommodation and amazing breakfast. Friendly hosts very informative with local information, buses, restaurants etc. Room lovely-all with all amenities as required. Lots to do in area, buses into city on doorstep. Would visit again and highly recommend staying. Well worth value for money.
