Not a 3 star (though they claim). Booked hotel directly over call, but was not happy with the condition of Hotel. Smelly washrooms and rooms were not maintained (as shown in pic), broken handle of rooms. Food was average. Staffs were cooperative.

Location- was little far from the center of city. Service-there was no option to pick up from the center point. Food-good as per price. Amenities- not good enough bathroom products provided. Service- above average summary- hi price charged as per the facilities i found.

When i went to crustal palace, i had a good experience, the room was very nice with complete cleanliness and the room service was also very good and the food prices there were very genuine and the food was also very good, the staff was all friendly and cool taking

Good stay and the place is neat but they aren't providing heaters and charging extra for that.

Hotel staff is very polite, service is prompt and they offer me free ride to mall road. Loved my stay there

Hotel is good. Location is silent area. Hotel room is very nice. Room service is good. Room and bathroom facility like 5 star hotel. Hotel food is very nice. And restaurent area are must be like. Hotel staff behaviour is good.

Really great view! will surely visit again mainly for the view from super deluxe room l. Easy stay and cordial management staff.

View from room or balcony is beautiful. Stay in hotel is very comfortableabd felt safe. Food is fresh and delicious. Staff is very decent and well behaved. Overall stay was excellent.

It's nice place to stay. Location wise also good. Staff members are very co-operative. Hotel is located around 1km from mall road.

No lifts and dampness in rooms. Family suite room is on the 3rd floor which actually translates to climbing 5 floors since ground level requires you to climb 2 floors. Rooms are not well kept and the walls are damp, furniture is water damaged and beds are moist and smelly. This place is at Spring road and not Mall road as mentioned in the address on some websites. With traffic this means 15 minutes drive.

It is one of the best property for stay in massoori. I and my friend were very happy at the time of stay in that place. Location is also b good. It was a very good exp to stay at that place. Property location is very good. Property & staff were also excellent. I am very happy to stay there.
