nice stay rooms are good in size bathroom needs a little upgrade however rest everything is just fine.

The owner of the property, Shivang, is very helpful and polite. The staff as well food is good. Good service overall.

The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and modern amenities.

Our experience at this property was quite average. The food quality was mediocre, and we found the pricing slightly higher than expected. Additionally, reaching the location was quite time-consuming, taking approximately 5–6 hours of travel. A major concern for us was the lack of accessibility. My mother has a leg condition, yet we were assigned a room on the third floor despite the property not having an elevator. This made our stay quite challenging and inconvenient. Overall, while the property may have some positive aspects, better attention to accessibility and service considerations would significantly improve the experience for future guests.

The location of the hotel is very wonderful, food is very delicious , rooms are very clean , staff is cooperative. One can have the beautiful view of the hills from the rooms and balcony . Having the food at the terrace gives the good experiance .

i spent a great time at hotel crystal palace, mussoorie. the rooms were pleasant and neat with a fine view of the hills. the service staff was highly courteous and attentive, making the stay excellent throughout. food was great, and the service was beyond my expectations—highly recommended!

Best budget hotel in mussorie. Well mannered staff. Excellent food, especially breakfast. The only concern is the location which is a little far from mall road. But the hotel provides complimentary pickpup and drop to the mall road.

Room service to the cab service everything was perfect The room was so good the view and everything Great hospitality by everyone I would love to come and stay there again 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 The manager and everyone there took great care I would suggest everyone to stay here for lovely night views
