"Stayed at Claridges Nabha Mussoorie in the second week of December with my young son, and it turned out to be a lovely, comfortable break for both of us. The hotel is a charming heritage-style property in a quiet, green area away from the crowds but still close enough to access Mussoorie town and nearby attractions, providing a cosy base for our December visit with a calm, homely atmosphere that worked very well for a Dad-son trip 🙂. The staff across the hotel were friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay, whether at the front desk, bar or restaurant, and they were attentive to small requests, helping make the trip with my son feel safe, relaxed and well taken care of. Fantastic food by and Chef Ali A special mention goes to Chef Ali and his team, who did a fantastic job with the food and understood my specific instructions, especially regarding the seekh kebab. We ordered seekh kebab, chicken tikka pizza, pasta, chicken curry and salad, and everything was consistently delicious, which made meals with my son something we looked forward to each day Picnic and activities with Rohit - highly recommended Rohit organised an outstanding picnic experience for my son, which became one of the highlights of our December trip. He chose a beautiful spot in a nearby nature reserve, and a restaurant staff member accompanied us and handled all the logistics, making it completely hassle-free and highly recommended for anyone travelling with children Special thanks to the team - thanks to the people whose names I forgot to mention Special thanks to Virendra Rawat, Shailendra, Mandeep, Shivank and Hritik, all of whom were very nice, courteous and helpful during our stay. And not to forget Mr Kaushik, who helped plan the trip, suggested that I could cover nearby places like Surkanda Mata Mandir in a day, and guided me in structuring my December stay with my son in the best possible"

"We loved everything about this property and its services. Everything was just great. Would like to thank Priyanka Rana (Resort Experience Manager), whose team checked us in and as a very special gesture she had our room decorated for the special birthday celebration of our daughter, with a very personalised birthday card for her. She even helped us in putting in the extra bed. Also had very friendly interactions with the executive chef Mr Amandeep at their Teppan restaurant and Sous chef Mr. Love at JW Cafe. They both took good care of us in their restaurants. Love in fact made a dish specially for us at their buffet. Overall everyone was very customer friendly and made us feel at home! Would definitely like to visit again."
