Amazing property at a perfect location. Cozy comfortable spacious clean room & bathroom. Modern amenities & humble prompt helpful staff. Fantastic garden area for leisure & relaxing time. Ample parking space. Fresh & decent spread buffet breakfast. 3rd Stay & hopefully ***y more to come

The location is good. They have a good facility of pick and drop from mall road. Staff is humble but untrained. Must work on their room service part.You need to ask for every thing. They don't provide anything on their own. Food is very expensive in relationship to served quality. They do not provide complementary water bottle despite of charging decent amount for the rooms. Breakfast options were very limited just 2-3 options were there. Overall, if you are looking for an excellent view then take deluxe valley View room with balcony. So if you like the vibes of mall road, this can be a choice.

Overall experience was very good. Well professional staff and room services.few things where some improvement required. Improvement required in food quality, breakfast was not satisfactory, quality of breakfast was poor, uncooked oil smell coming from poha and aloo sabji. It's a feedback only, it may depend on personal taste of food. Not considered as complaint.

Balcony was great, very nice view. Staff at reception was very courteous. She helped in all issues. Mr Panwar GM was very.cooperative.and helped us. Pick and drop facility excellent and prompt. Food tasty but very expensive. All facilities in room working. Lift ok. Monkey menace is there. Difficult to.eat breakfast in lawn.

Peacefull stay, not a single noise full day and night. Staff is very helpful. 24 hour desk is very helpful. Vally view room is fantastic. Food is very good. Pick and drop service is available from hotel to mall road ***y times. The hotel is only 100mtrs away from mall road.

This is a pathetic Hotel. The ratings are fabricated and paid ratings. The money The hotel takes is not worth. Service level is so poor that they take 30 minutes to give drinking water. I stayed here from 31st Dec to 1st Jan. Such a terrible experience, God save those who book stay here. I am posting this while I am in there in the hotel.

Hi All, Please avoid staying at hotel paradise ***sion Mussoorie, it's a complete disappointment. It’s a waste of money and time! poor amenities. 1. Uninformed staff and lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and a dental kit. 2. Cracked water glasses in the room. 3. In this hotel "Paradise" means cracked glasses and free exercise climbing up and down.

We stayed at heritage room, the valley view from the room was amazing. It was a big and comfortable room. Although the furniture was little old or dark textured but the room itself was bright. Food was good overall. Only thing is breakfast do not have fruit options. I feel they should have had bananas. Hotel Staff was polite and prompt in service and guided us to places we could visit during peak time. Hotel is located on mall road, but to get to hotel there is very steep 100-200m road. I would suggest call the hotel staff to take your car to the hotel. Rest they provide to and fro services between hotel and mall road

Location and view was awesome. Food was also delicious. Play are for kids. Room service were best Bathroom was clean Staff was highly cooperative. Best thing was they provide car to go downhill and back for hotel at free of cost.
