Great experience. They will do everything they can to make you have a great time. Reception is amazing. Housekeeping is poor unfortunately. We will be back anyway :)

Excelente servicio, la habitación impecable. Reservé habitación con vista panorámica y me dieron un upgrade a una con yacuzzi. El personal del hotel fabuloso. La ubicación es muy céntrica, sin embargo la vista hacia al mar se opaca por los cableados eléctricos justo en frente de la piscina. Definitivamente volvería!

This is a really nice hotel. The grounds are impeccable and the service is outstanding. From the moment you arrive, you really feel that customer service is important to them and that they want to make a lasting impression on you. There was an abundance of staff throughout the property (I think it may have been training week). We stayed in a sea view room with an outdoor spa tub. The room was clean, well decorated and spacious, with a great view. The champagne, fruit tray and spa tub were nice surprises. The buffet breakfast (which is included) was phenomenal. The hotel is located a 15 minute walk from Mykonos Town (they will arrange a shuttle for 15 Euros if you don't want to walk along the busy road). Transportation to and from the port is complimentary. There is an outdoor pool (unheated) and poolside bar. Unfortunately the pool area is very slippery. I went for a quick swim. As I climbed the ladder in the deep end to get out of the pool, I immediately slipped on the tiling surrounding the pool and fell, injuring my leg. It has been 10 days since this happened and my leg is still sore and severely bruised. I was very fortunate that a more serious injury did not happen which would have completely ruined my vacation. It is not acceptable that a guest should exit a hotel pool and immediately wipe out on slippery tiles. This was brought to management's attention. Hopefully it is being addressed so that nobody else gets injured. Other than my sore leg, we enjoyed our stay.

This was hands down the best service I’ve ever seen at any resort. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure you had everything you need before you even knew you needed it. We stayed before the summer warmed up so the hotel wasn’t quite full and were given an upgrade to a suite with a private pool. And upon arrival were greeted with a bottle of Muscat and a dessert. World class treatment at every turn. The view from the restaurant (which we enjoyed multiple meals) was fantastic. And the food was incredible. Breakfast overlooking the water was quite memorable. Transfers around the island were easy and the staff could not be more pleasant. Would definitely recommend staying here.

3e séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne perd jamais de sa prestance. Bel accueil, courtois et personnalisé. Restaurant diversifié. Accès facile à la ville de Mykonos, j’y retournerai.

This hotel feels cheap. The rooms feel like cruise ship rooms and the bathroom is not even a separate room. It was not a great hotel. I would not stay here again
