米科諾斯島博樂德瑞客房及套房酒店(Belvedere Mykonos - Main Hotel - the Leading Hotels of the World)

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door you are enveloped in wonderful Greek hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble for the fabulous team. The views are to die for, the rooms each with a lovely balcony and the tranquility is pervasive. What a wonderful place to finalise my new book!

This place was a disappointment. Not very hospitable! The upgrade room was horrible! .., and that’s with Amx and members of leading Hotels of the World. This place is not suitable for being part of the LHOTW. Asking for a late check out was not pleasant! After staying at Bill and Coo, Awful continental breakfast! Sorry to have moved from Bill & Coo!!!! Never coming back to this hotel again!

I walked in to the hotel to try their breakfast. Was shown to a nice table next to the pool a s service went down hill from there. Ordered a Greek coffee and omelette. The coffee came after 15 mins and after waiting for another 25 mins my omelette was nowhere in sight. Asked the waitress and she said she will check but it didn't come. Guests who came much later than I did got their orders abd I was the only one who didn't get the food. Finally gave up and left. Left some feedback to one of the waitress about the experience. The staff didn't show much initiative to rectify the issue and it was certainly not a 5 star experience un a supposedly 5 star hotel. Staff had to undergo more training to warrant the status.

Centrally located in Mykonos town steps away from shops restaurants nightlife and everything else Mykonos town has to offer , yet its secure, safe and private location let’s you forget that you in the middle of the action. Beautiful pool area that converts into amazing restaurant and cocktail lounge area at night. Home to the Famous NOBU RESTAURANT

We stayed one night in the hotel , there was no Coffey during the morning until the breakfast was opened! The breakfast was spose to be opened 8 am but nothing was ready ! No Coffey machine in room ! And the night guard suggested us to to get Coffey in town ! And I'm taking about a 5 star hotel ! After writing to the manager no reply or any answer, like don't give a dam !!

Belvedere is everything you would expect from a 5 star luxury hotel. Great service, beautiful well-kept grounds, spacious rooms, great food (Matsuhisa is a must!), fabulous gym, and finally, perfect ambiance and decor for a truly luxurious island stay. It is in town so it can be loud at night, but part of the experience of Mykonos is the lively night life so we didn’t mind!

Stayed here back in April 2018 - Incredibly for the second time, as I had stayed here once before a few years back. This was unfortunately not a top-notch establishment. The rooms were nicely decorated with very comfortable beds, but still lacked basic standards such as coffee making facilities for the ones waking up early (some instant coffee would suffice) and the air-conditioning was loud and dated. Most disagreeable of all was the fact that there was is no hot breakfast (or even a cold boiled egg!) or fresh orange juice included in the price (no matter how high it was!!!); if a customer wanted something so extravagant he had to pay an additional price for it. This was quite simply ridiculous for a "luxury", "5-star" hotel. Nowadays you go to a B+B and you can get a boiled egg. One can only wonder on the management decision behind this. If you want more money add some euros to the price, no one will notice or complain. Just don't put you hard-paying customers to the unpleasant situation where they have to pay extra for a fresh orange juice in a supposedly "leading" hotel. It smells of lack of style. On the good side, the hotel is very conveniently located in Mykonos town, everything is close by. And the staff was excellent, very courteous and well trained.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very helpful, the food is great and the pool area is nice. The only thing is price / amenities does not match. We payed $700 dlls per night and we had a lovely stay but my expectations were much more before arrive, for that price. The room is small, the views are not that pretty and you don’t even have water amenity in the room , and the room is modest for a $700 price. I stayed in some other hotels for less and much better than this. Maybe I got a very high rate, Could stay there again but for half of the price.

From my previous stays, over many years, as recent as Greek Easter April 2022, every single time is an improvement in the service and quality, without sacrificing consistency. The front desk and concierge service - excellent. The bar staff, from Nikos to Lefteris: friendly and excellent. Rooms are in pristine, clean condition with beautiful touches. Finally Matsuhisa managers and staff, especially Stathis, always deliver superb food & of the best service in Mykonos. It is not a trend, it is most certainly a destination.
