Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες!! Άνετο, λειτουργικό, πεντακάθαρο και κάθε ημέρα γινόταν καθαρισμός. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι επίσης καθαροί και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικότατο και ευγενέστατο!! Η υπεύθυνη ευγενέστατη, χαμογελαστή, πάντοτε στη διάθεση να βοηθήσει και να εξυπηρετήσει!! Από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος των διακοπών η φιλοξενία ήταν ζεστή!! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για τις διακοπές σας!!

Nos alojamos solo una noche en el hotel, si lo llegamos a saber nos hubiéramos quedado mas! La piscina espectacular, la cama muy cómoda y el personal muy amable y servicial. Buena ubicacion para moverte a las distintas playas. Si volvemos a Mykonos, repetiremos sin dudarlo!

Villa con piscina privata molto accogliente, moderna ma allo stesso tempo caratteristica nei colori e finemente arredata ,dotata di tutti i confort . La manager Artemis è stata presente in ogni momento consigliandoci transfer ed attività. Ogni giorno la struttura chiede in quale orario effettuare le pulizie cosi da non disturbare. La posizione se pur lontana dal centro si trova vicino ad una bellissima spiaggia con lido e servizi . Bellissima esperienza, consigliato!

We stayed at Senses Suites for 3 days as part of an island hopping experience for my husbands 50th birthday. Our other hotels and islands were fantastic - our final destination was Senses Suites at Mykonos and I could have cried!! The villas look beautiful and these reviews are mainly about the villas. We were booked in a double 'suite'. It was a small double room above reception. We had to order breakfast the day before which arrived (late every morning) in a picnic basket. The eggs were in a tupperware container and the 'fresh fruit' consisted of an over ripe apple and banana., the croissants in a paper bag. The coffee arrived warm in a flask. My husband was so embarassed that he wouldn't sit on the balcony so we had to sit on the bed (a bit like camping) as there was no settee or other furniture in the room. We had to drag our suitcases up a steep hill (no-one offered to help) and it felt more like a cheap hostel. As the resort was actually mainly for villas, it basically closed around 6pm where all staff went home. The small pool bar closed at 5pm so there was nowhere to get a drink after this time. Please note - this is not a review of the villas here or Mykonos itself which was a beautiful country. We spoke to the manager who advised "this is what you have booked". We had booked the 'Greek Island' hopping experience through an agent who sorted transfers etc so we have put in a formal complaint. I hope no-one else has this experience on a 'once in a lifetime holiday' as it was so upsetting.

However, please allow us to clarify few points. The reservation you had was for the double deluxe side sea view room and in this one you were accommodated. The reservation wasn’t for a suite as mentioned. Regarding the breakfast, we follow a picknick style served in the rooms without extra charge for the room service and this is something that is so loved from all our guests as you pick whatever you want, in the quantity you want and we serve it in your room without extra charge for the room service. For the most of our guests this seems ideal. We don’t really close at 18:00 as mentioned. The reception is open from 09:00 until 21:00 every day. Only one day due to an emergency we closed a couple of hours earlier, but we always stay in touch with our guests in case of a need. 24/7. Once again, we appreciate you taking the time to share your review and we so hope that we will have the chance to welcome you in the future and accommodate your need for relaxation or any kind of anniversary. ILa zona in cui si trova l'hotel è troppo costruita, e infatti c'era una "bella" vista sull'ennesimo cantiere. La struttura è poco curata: il comodino sinistro era rotto enon c'erano le abatjour. La persiana della camera non si chiudeva bene. La tappezzeria del divano era sporca e/o macchiata. Carina l'idea della colazione nel cestino pic-nic, ma decisamente scarsa se confrontata con una in hotel cinque stelle. La signora alla reception era gentile, ma abbiamo avuto la sensazione che non vi fosse un titolare veramente interessato al benessere del cliente.

Perfetto! Mi dispiace averci passato solo 2 notti. Struttura splendida e curatissima, pulizia eccezionale. Artemis è probabilmente la migliore manager conosciuta fin ora, attentissima, gentile e premurosa. Ho prenotato una confort suite (la n.8) con balcone e vista mozzafiato. Le suite, finemente arredate, sono dotate di ogni confort, inclusa cucina, macchina nespresso con capsule incluse (per me questo è un enorme plus) e bollitore elettrico. Bagno enorme con courtesy set e asciugacapelli. A 10 km dalla Chora, un angolo di paradiso fuori dalla chiassosa Mykonos Town. Ideale per chi si sposta in macchina, o affitta un motorino. La spiaggia più vicina è Elia Beach, che onestamente non ho particolarmente apprezzato, ma farà la felicità degli avanti dei beach club.

Pas déçu pour les prestations de l’hôtel, la chambre de qualité et un calme absolue pour se reposer. Proche de la plage mais loin des commodités penser à louer une voiture. Le petit déjeuner excellent apporter en chambre avec une ponctualité record félicitation, la femme de ménage discrète et efficace, et la réception à l’écoute sans vous pousser à la consommation Merci pour votre accueil bonne continuation

What stands out: the staff, luxury hotel, impeccable service, delicious breakfast. The location is at a really nice beach. This is the new upcoming location. Not far from the center and airport. Short drive. excellent parking space, pool, lounge chairs. Super comfy bed. Very quiet location. Great for families, couples and solo travelers. Nespresso coffee machine is a plus. Can't wait to be back.

Absolutely amazing experience and stay. Peaceful, relaxing and amazing service by all staff. The breakfast is delivered to the Villa on a daily basis and was always on time. The staff on reception couldn’t do enough, nothing was any trouble from calling taxi’s, to advice on where to eat and drink

What a lovely place! The room was very clean and comfortable, the only drawback was the wardrobe doors! The need to open further, the staff are brilliant, friendly and very helpful, anything you needed they would do their best to provide, they even upgraded my tv so I could watch the Euro's, You will need to hire a car whilst there, which the staff help you with, there are some fantastic beaches near by but a car is essential, There was a well stocked mini bar that was filled daily, the pool and pool area was very well looked after All in all I would well recommend a stay here

The best Stay I had in Mykonos with my wife. Definitely a recommended one for couples. A peaceful and relaxed place to stay in. The Staff/Manager Ms. Artemis, was super friendly and kind to us. She helped alot in the ideas in exploring Mykonos as well as arranging transport/transfer at a very good price. Overall, a truly comfort and luxury stay.

This is a great villa.. We stayed in a four bed room villa... We stayed together... We enjoyed together... Very very good experience... Food was nice.. Served timely.. Manager is very gentle and helpful... We had a private pool.... It was a nice time there.. Everyone in my family loves that villa... ❤

Excelente service, very beautiful houses and rooms, clean and comfortable. Everything was excellence. The villa’s manages was super kind and always on call. We have to call her at 11;00 pm because our safe box didn’t open and she arrived in 10 min to help us. She was amazing !

Well what can I say. Me and the family have just returned after spending 2 weeks in a 4 bedroomed Villa At Senses Luxury Villas and Suites. We stayed in Villa number 5 and it was immaculate and spacious considering there were 7 family members. The bedrooms were lovely with air conditioning, toiletries, towels. The view from the upstairs balcony was lovely overlooking the villa. We had maid service every day with daily towel change. Breakfast was included and was delivered to the villa every morning at a time of your choosing in a picnic basket (lovely touch), A big shout out goes to Artimus (the manager) what a gem she is. Went out of her way to organise taxis, restaurant bookings and an excursion (private boat trip). Nothing was to much trouble and she was on hand via Whatsapp to deal with any questions we had. The pool area was lovely with plenty of space and the outdoor dining area was great for el fresco dining. Overall a wonderful holiday full of memories and none of the family wanted to return home. Thank you Senses for your hospitability and for being so welcoming. Would certainly recommend.
