麗城山頂綜合客房和套房酒店(Belvedere Hilltop Complex Rooms & Suites - the Leading Hotels of the World)

L’hôtel est bien placé à côté de fabrica mais attention la montée et la descente sont raides. C’est déconseillé pour ceux qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer. La suite était agréable mais située devant un passage distribuant les chambres donc pour le jacuzzi extérieur ce n’est pas calme et à l’abri des regards. La vue sur mer est partielle et de loin(suite 33). Pour finir le transfert retour qui en principe était à la charge de l’hôtel comme indiqué par la réceptionniste, nous a coûté 40 euros !!! Le taxi prend 25 euros !!! Ce n’est pas professionnel !

My stay at the hotel in Mykonos was truly enjoyable. While I believe there might be options offering more value for the price, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay exceptionally comfortable. Their warm hospitality created a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere, and that’s something truly special.

We stayed two nights at the Belvedere Hilltop Mykonos. The view from our room was spectacular! The room was modern and very clean. The Hilltop is at the top of a hill, as the name indicates, but the main Belvedere will give you a ride if you need it. My husband and I walked the hill twice with no problem. It's also a short walk to Mykonos Town and Little Venice. We had a lovely breakfast in the garden. The breakfast was not part of our package, but was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We wanted to like this hotel, but they always seemed to let us down throughout our stay. Overall, the entire Belvedere hotel, including the main hotel and hilltop complex, needs to reevaluate its customer service training because we were never made to feel like guests at a luxury hotel. The only people that made us feel welcome throughout our stay were the hotel shuttle drivers that took us from the hilltop complex to the main hotel, and most of those people are outsourced and don't even work for the hotel. The hilltop complex is extremely difficult and dangerous to hike up and down from. The road is rocky, slippery, and steep, and it was very dangerous to walk down in heels and loafers (the hotel shuttles down to the main hotel were never available when we needed them). The main hotel seriously needs to be renovated, and the drinks and breakfast were absurdly overpriced. Finally, the views from the hilltop complex are misleading. One or two rooms in the complex have good views, while the rest look at a dirt parking lot or face the back of the other hotel rooms. We will not be back, and we will also make sure to mention to anyone visiting Mykonos to avoid the Belvedere hotel and hilltop complex.

The only incredible thing about this place is the view and the unsubstantiated high price. The workers are nice but do not understand what it takes to actually deliver a five star experience. We visited the main hotel and overheard the gentleman at the check in desk stating he made his final decision and it was no. Sounded pretty harsh as a bystander even toward a difficult guest. Well here it what happened to us. Because our luggage was lost at the airport, upon arriving we let the reception folks who again seemed very nice know since the airport would be delivering it the next day. We asked about it on two occasions, no word after the first day, we decided to go to the airport. This was because it was impossible to call the airport, no humans to talk to and recorded message that just hung up. Because it cost 60 Euro for a ride one way from our hotel my boyfriend walked. It was just over 1 mile. When he got there he was told by airport personnel it had been delivered to our hotel. I tried to call the front desk no answer, so I called room service who picked up right away and asked to be transferred to the front desk and got a front desk human. The hotel lobby confirmed it was delivered and I was told by the gentleman it was on the schedule to be delivered to our room but it would cost 10 Euro. I asked why and was told because they had to pick it up from the airport???? I explained the airport said they delivered it, he said no, they had to pick it up. Then I asked when did you get our luggage he said four hours ago. Ok so I lost it at that point and said, my boyfriend walked to the airport and our luggage was already here, insane. At no point did we ever get an apology, just its on the schedule for delivery. My boyfriend arrive back and went to the reception area and said we want our luggage. The person told him we had to wait for it to be delivered from the main hotel. When my boyfriend stated please drive the car and go get it he said thats not my job its on the schedule. Just then it showed up and my boyfriend took it from the driver and brought it to our room. On our 3rd day we left our room for over 5 hours no housekeeping done even though we requested it as we passed the reception area. Upon returning to our room and finding it a mess I called the front desk, no answer, called room service, got transferred to the front desk and he stated we are very busy, you are on the schedule. I stated that we were gone for 5 hours please bring me clean towels and sheets so I can service our own room. So so so many excuses, just exhausting. Our room cost 900 Euros per night, and we stayed 5 nights and I would never recommend this place to anyone. 30 Euro for a Caesar Salad, tips are expected but service sucks. Do not book this place. Sadly just an overall disappointment in general at Mykonos, expensive and poor customer service.

The rooms were well appointed and Nobu restaurant are the highlights the property. Customer service was very poor as I booked my reservation off by one day and the front desk refused to allow me to move the entire reservation back by one day. Instead the keep noting that I had a special rate that did not allow for any modifications. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY OFFERED TO LET ME HAVE LATE CHECKOUT ON MY LAST DAY WHEN I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM FOR THE ENTIRE NEXT DAY! BELEIVE THEY THEN RENTED OUT MY ROOM AND PICKED UP AN EXTRA NIGHTS BILLING. REALLY PATHETIC RESPONSE. WOULD AVOID AS LOTS OF OTHER OPTIONS IN MYKONOS.

My wife and I stayed for 8 nights and it was great! No complains. The staff is super nice, welcoming and helpful. The location and the view are excellent! As well as the breakfast and the room. You can book this place with no doubt! I normally don’t give reviews but these guys deserved!
