特羅皮卡納酒店(Tropicana Hotel , Suites & Villas Mykonos)

I really loved this hotel. I stayed with a friend for a leisure break for four nights in their junior suite. From arrival I knew this was a classy outfit. Friendly but not overly so. Professional courteous they made you feel like you had known them all your life especially Connie and Ellena such charming professionalism but it wasn’t just them so many friendly faces. Even though there was an issue and I was concerned they listened to feedback gracefully which is always a sign of confidence and a true professional. The facilities are first class and kept very clean. These guys set the standard that other hospitality professionals should aspire to. Well done you impressed a very difficult person to impress.

This was by far one of the best most hospitable hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. From the moment you arrive till check out, everything is taken care of for you at your request. The staff were SUPER kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect and clean. The jacuzzi and various pools were fantastic. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

Property is beautiful. Restaurant is very over priced. $30 for a Caesar salad. Staff was nice but not at all productive. We asked for extra pillows and towels multiple times and never received. Had to go to the front office. Fine. Not a problem. However, we asked for a taxi transfer to the airport the day before the morning we left, they said everything was all set and they would send someone up to help with our bags prior to the taxi arriving. They did not. I called down to have someone come up and there was no taxi booked. We almost missed our flight. Beautiful property, loud because of the night clubs but the rooms are sound proofed. Great location to the beach club and public transit.

Cet Hotel est tout simplement INCROYABLE ! Nous y sommes allé du 22 Mai au 26 Mai donc un peu en hors période et pourtant toutes les prestations sont là (un snack ouvert non stop, une laverie a 2 miniutes à pied avec son épicerie faisant office d’arrêt de bus. Le petit déjeuner un peu cher 30€/personne qui est très gourmand on paye la vue. Pour accéder au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner vous vous présentez à la réception et un chauffeur vient vous chercher pour vous emmener en voiture au restaurant. L’équipe de l’hôtel est géniale ! A l’écoute des clients et très disponible. Lorsque l’on sort du taxis on nous met directement dans l’ambiance vacances (bagagistes viennent récupérer vos bagages et les mettent en chambre, un verre de thé froid de bienvenue etc) cet hôtel mériterait les 5 étoiles. C’est du très haut standing. Je 3 minutes de la plage (attention cailloux pas de sable)ou l’on y trouve un décor paradisiaque avec bars, pizzeria, sushis de quoi se rassasier en en prenant plein les yeux ! Attention la fête commence a 16heures dans les clubs de plage ! 🙂 prévoir un petit billet car tout reste chère quand même ! Sachez qu’il y a un bus qui va en ville pour moins de 2€ par personne (pour ceux qui peuvent y aller hors saison faites le car nous déjà fin mai la ville de Mykonos était déjà noire de monde dans les ruelles …) J’ai passé un excellent séjour grâce à cet établissement (ne prenait pas de serviettes pour la piscine car l’hôtel vous en prête gratuitement 🙂)

Flight was delayed and they forgot to pick me up from the airport. Apart from that, the place and staff are great. Location is almost perfect, close to beach and club :) Manager was accommodating after they left me stranded

Beautiful infinity pool at the villas. They have a car to drive you up the large hill to the top. Breakfast buffet €30, but they also have a wonderful in room dining breakfast option that's much cheaper. Our room was small for 2 beds, but they did give us a large patio with hot tub. So we ate on the patio one morning. Tropicana beach club is just right around the corner, no admission is included with your stay. One thing we didn't realize is the bus stop is also just around the corner from the hotel. You can take it into town for €2. Saves a lot of money on cabs/transfers
