Great price for what was offered. Great location! Everything was nearby like restaurants, pharmacy’s, and shopping areas. Beach was only 3 minutes away! Not far from downtown either. 100% recommended.

Very well-kept hotel nestled away in a convenient and accessible area to several different points of Myrtle Beach. The staff was absolutely wonderful from check in through my leaving the hotel. I applaud the front desk manager for the professionalism of all the staff that represented the hotel at the front desk. The room was spacious, clean and very relaxing. The King suite proved to be the perfect size for my guest and I. Love it! The lobby and all the amenities offered throughout the hotel were very well-kept and inviting. Loved the cleanliness of the breakfast area. The facility allow dogs but I continuously saw people keeping the areas clean at all hotel entry points, including the elevator. It also helped that the dog owners were very attentive to what they needed to do as far as owners. The rooms were very soundproof as I heard very little from neighboring rooms. The parking was very convenient, with no additional charge for parking. Housekeeping maintains the rooms very adequately as there were plenty of towels and other items available in the room upon my arrival. This is definitely a nice location to stay if you are not caught up into being directly on the beach, although walking to the beach was very convenient as well. This hotel makes it in the top five of my preferred places to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach. I strongly recommend them if you want to be nestled away from the beach with a guaranteed great stay!

We stay here whenever we’re in town. Love this place, it’s our home away from home. Always clean, very friendly staff and always have hot coffee in the lobby!

Despite the hotel undergoing construction the staff made the stay enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered were very nice and accommodating. No questions asked we asked for a bit of an extension on checkout and this was also arranged. Definitely would stay again!

We stayed 2 nights. The pillows on the bed were horrible. Super thin. Way too small for a king size bed. I woke up with a crick in my neck. Breakfast was not bad the first morning but the second morning it was not great. Over cooked sausage patties and the links didn’t taste like sausage. We went back to our third floor room after breakfast and only one elevator was working. We retrieved our luggage to leave and neither elevator was working. Tried to call the front desk 4 times to see how long before it was fixed but nobody answered. We had to carry heavy luggage down three flights of stairs and we are not young people. Checking out I told the desk clerk I had tried to call but couldn’t get an answer. She didn’t even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Just handed me the receipt and said nothing. Very rude. I would not stay there again.

Staff was excellent; but was under rehab - which was much needed. The 2nd floor was under reconstruction. But all the other floors were also in serious need for reconstruct. The carpeting in the hall was dirty and stained. The elevator wall had a fairly large segment missing. The hot tub was roped off so it could not be used. If they had let it be known that the hotel was being upgraded I would have not reserved.

A great variety of breakfast choices and available until 10 AM. Everyone was eager to help when we had a need. There was no noise from the construction and remodeling. They were redoing the 1st and 2nd floors. Elevator worked good, maybe a little slow, but I am too. They have no weight limit on your pet like most other places do. This is our second time this year to stay there. It will always be my go to place in Myrtle Beach.

Our stay wasn’t great at all. We were on the top floor where there were several pitcher trash cans and other containers catching water leaks from the ceiling. This caused an amity smell and damp feeling area. There were several families on the third floor with over packed rooms which also allowed children in pool area and gym area unattended. Leaving facilities overfilled with no room for others. The staff seemed unbothered by the complaints.

Property was not in good condition and had a musty smell. Staff was unfriendly and breakfast was terrible.
