Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

So far the best resort I have stayed at yet! Steller place to stay!

It was ok but not our favorite place as it’s a little rundown and only one elevator worked. Not easy access to beach through resort as it’s a maze and you have to go through kid pool area. It was hard to find vending machines for water and parking garage is opposite side of the road down the street. I did like the view from ocean front room but kids were loud and annoying swimming at 11pm at night. Pools are below ocean front rooms. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have kids.

Checked in and they gave me a key to an already booked room. To make up for there mistake they gave me a "free breakfast" which still ended up charging me $20 for the drink and gratuity

Front desk staff were polite they were the only decent part of our stay. There is limited parking no carts to carry your items in on, at 10pm at night in the pouring rain we were told we would have to search 12 stories to secure a cart. Needless to stay we were unable to locate one. Our room was dirty, there were roaches, the entire hotel was dirty the conditions of the hotel are in desperate need of repairs. Then there’s the screaming children running through the hotel all hours of the night and in and out of the pool areas, inside & outside. I also have a 12 yr old daughter traveling with me for competition. She didn’t even want to utilize the water slides or pool areas due to the screaming undisciplined kids. At least 2 almost drown in the hot tub no staff in sight, I was unable to use the hot tub due to the vast amount of kids under 4 yr old in the hot tub, you couldn’t even get in. Why are they allowing children in the hot tub? One was an infant 😱. The entire place smelled like ****, and I was almost hit checking out due to a traffic jam in the check in area. I would definitely say this is a undesirable location & crime ridden. Spend your money somewhere else trust me you will be glad you did.

I honestly say I always come to this resort and have a blast the kids love it there so much to do water slides is the best rooms is a amazing the jat tubs be very relaxing I definitely will recommend this resort to families 😍😍😍 and the staff very professional.

In was clean disappointed the hot tub was very cool. That was the main reason why I booked the hotel.

When we first arrived, our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the floor was not swept and overall just not clean. We called and asked for our room to be changed in which was no problem and they switched us two rooms down on the same floor.. super easy. The new room smelled and looked so much better and our stay was delightful to say the least!

So clean, immaculate! Very stylish with custom furnishings and beautiful draperies. Loved the balcony, so comfortable and clean with amazing oceanfront unobstructed views!!!!!! The staff was the friendliest we had experienced in a long time, so helpful and efficient. Loved this property. We were on the 8th floor in the Palms building.

The property was a bit outdated and the kitchen made me feel like I was a young girl using an easy bake oven, but overall a good experience. Had great amenities for the kids and close to everything.

Upon check in the clerk started helping the next guest before I was even done signing paperwork, I still had questions and felt rushed. The clerk stated our room was on the 14th floor, but the elevator only went to the 12th floor. There are 2 buildings so I thought we must have been in the other. We spent about an hour wandering around with a full luggage cart and 3 kids. It turns out our room was on the penthouse level, labeled as PH in the elevator. It would have been nice for the clerk to specify. Room was not very clean but not worth it to move rooms. Indoor pools/waterpark were great which is where we went until 9:30 PM then headed back to the room to settle in for bed where we found the TV didn't work. Maintenace didn't finish replacing the TV until 11 PM. Spent the next day taking advantage of the resort amenities and ate at the on- restaurant that night, both were great. The next day was our check out day (11 AM). We packed our stuff up and headed to the pool when it opened at 9 AM with intentions on returning to the room at 10:30 AM to change into dry clothes and load our stuff up on a luggage cart but we found housekeeping already in our room (with all of our items still there) when checkout was not for another 40 minutes, and we had NOT checked out yet. We ended up changing in the lobby bathrooms. It was a quick trip for us, so we made the most of our time with the amenities, but it seems like anytime we had to deal with staff it was not a good experience.

Warm and friendly welcome. Nice property. Nice lobby. Nice studio/efficiency room—spacious and overlooking the beach and ocean.
