Nous avons quitté à 9:00 le matin de notre départ le 7 Septembre et à 11:00 reçu un appel prétendant que nous étions encore sur les lieux . Lors de la remise des cartes d’accès, la personne à la réception nous a promis de transmettre le reçu que je n’ai toujours pas eu . De plus ,j’ai envoyé un courriel auquel personne n’a répondu , deux jours après notre départ!

The rooms had marks on the wall that could have been cleaned. The room over top of us must of been getting renovations done that Friday because there was banging and drills for several hours. Even though parking was across the street it was plenty of parking spaces so I won’t complain. Hotel will be great if it had a restaurant inside. Overall the stay was nice. Love the inside pool being that it was to cold to be in the ocean and the outside is pool.

This is my fifth stay here at the Anderson property, and I always enjoy myself. The rooms are nice with all the amenities. Where I see they could improve is by adding a restaurant. I only had a few issues this stay but they will not keep me from coming back. The gym didn't open till 6 am which needed to be earlier for people on business trips like myself, the water pressure wasn't great in the shower and the little cafe closed way too early. The staff are always amazing and very helpful!

Very nice place, on the beach, with a pool. Valet parking is an option or park across the street for a fee. I had a corner room, small balcony that I could see the ocean. Not sure if there was another way to get there but people were walking across the valet area to get to the pool.

Great location, large suite and friendly staff. Saw dolphins from our balcony - so very happy about that!! Surprised that indoor pool was closed when we were there.
Some elements of the room a bit grubby e.g. carpets and door frames etc. But the kitchen was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay

Property and room were very nice and clean! Front desk had great customer service. All the hotel staff were friendly. I would suggest more pots and pans being that the room has a full kitchen. Limited parking so I suggest valet but definitely would recommend this resort
