安德森海洋俱樂部及歐亞娜水療度假村(Anderson Ocean Club and Spa by Oceana Resorts)

Nous avons quitté à 9:00 le matin de notre départ le 7 Septembre et à 11:00 reçu un appel prétendant que nous étions encore sur les lieux . Lors de la remise des cartes d’accès, la personne à la réception nous a promis de transmettre le reçu que je n’ai toujours pas eu . De plus ,j’ai envoyé un courriel auquel personne n’a répondu , deux jours après notre départ!

tout a été pensé pour notre voyage à la plage avec ma famille... vraiment parfait!!! nous revenons l'an prochain pour notre 3ieme séjour au Anderson ocean club

Excelente, todo muy limpio y organizado muy recomendado para viajes familiares la cocina muy equipada con todo lo necesario

Our visit was amazing! Every employee we came in contact with was kind and helpful. The heated pool was a godsend and the Spa was fantastically calm. The view from the balcony was just beautiful, ocean front is the only way to go. We only had one chair to sit on so that was a little uncomfortable. Had to use a dinning room chair. The suite has everything you could want. The sunken in tub with jets is not a good fit for the handicapped like me,but my husband helped get me in and out. The front desk was always helping anyway helping, checking to make sure we had everything we need. Definitely will go back in February.

Room issues bed was leaning on one side. Gave me another room however it was a downgrade. Just pissed I thought this was an awful getaway. I hope they accommodate their guest better after this review

At 11 AM on the dot 2 woman were banging on the door telling it was time to leave. Never have I ever been kicked out of a hotel room like that.

Nice clean facility, some rooms been paint and the exterior pools were u def repair. I door pool now open until 11:00pm, big plus.

Front desk amazing friendly and helpful. Housekeeping amazing. Very clean hotel. This hotel is under construction. The workers are very friendly and considerate of guests. We loved our stay!!!

I loved this hotel. But hated how they started pounding on the door at 8 am even though we had a late check out :( other than that it was great!
