For 174 a night it was horrible. Lobby was tiny,parking lot very tiny, no space, front desk was never in office, exterior of hotel was dirty, room bathroom vent hasn't ever been cleaned, headboard very dusty, beds were hard ....no sleep. Remote had food stuck in between the grooves, just a mess and disgusting. Online photos fake

The property is right on the beach and access is very easy. Nice pool. Only issue is they must be using a strong disinfectant and the smell was too strong. Nothing wrong with thorough cleaning and I'm thankful for that. Maybe get cleaning supplies that don't leave such a strong smell.

Good property. I prefer walking but I Strongly suggest using the elevator over the stairs during rainy weather. Had a great time.

My room had a leak in from the rain, so I called the after hour number and the response was quick. They moved me and my wife to a another room, once we got into this room the heat wasn't working, so they moved use to another room with no problems or hassle. Mind all this took place at 12:30 am. They made sure we were taking care of, and we didn't have no more issues.I would personally like to thank Travis and the after personal who took good care of us. Y'all earned my business for me to be a repeat customer.

The property is dated, which is not necessary an issue. However, the rooms could be cleaner. The floors were slippery (?) all through the hotel and room. Any sound anywhere in the hotel is audible in one's room. Could use fresh paint throughout. Staff was very friendly.

Check in was very nice, the room had a beautiful view of the ocean with a small balcony, the floor was very dirty when we walked in. No soap in the bathroom. The towels had large holes in them and the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. You can hear conversations from the other rooms. The reservationist was very nice and helpful

The hotel is an older building but seemed pretty well kept. The penthouse room had plenty of space and a separate sitting area where the balcony would typically be. There are no windows or doors that open up to the outside just full window. The front desk was very up-front with us about that at check-in and offered to carry us up to look at the room before committing to it since it did not open up to the outside. The fireplace separating the living area and bedroom is just for looks(not gas,elec.).

The property was rt on the beach and is smaller than the huge hotels surrounding. The rooms walls, base boards,wood work definitely need to be painted and a deep cleaning. It did not appear the room was vacuumed as there were crumbs, dirt on the floor. There were leftover coffee grinds still in coffee maker. All the caulking in bathroom needs to be redone as well. Again, nice spot and small hotel could be really nice if just some basic TLC with painting and caulk but comes across not well maintained. Outdoor pool looked nice and was heated but did not use. Could be loud in season though as beachfront rooms rt over the pool area...Only 30-40 rooms so def could improve overall appearance. Would stay again.

This hotel is located in a lovey location. If you want a smaller hotel (with not too many amenities) that is right on the beach, this is it. Our room opened up to the pool with the beach just past that. The location with a reasonable rate made up for any other shortcomings.

A small hotel with a great location. Our room opened to the pool and a lovely view of the ocean. The rooms are fairly spacious with few amenities. If you prefer a smaller hotel, this is a good place to stay.

We were looking for a relaxing weekend and found that here. Loved being right on the beach.

Pulled in to the hotel, no clerk , she left to get lunch, a gentleman working on his truck in the parking lot checked us in, got to the room, the photos on the web page are better then the actual room, had a high chemical cleaner smell in the room, the tile floors at the doors are smooth and we’re very slippery along with the tub/shower, slippery, great location, construction next door, noisy, plenty of towels, room very outdated, bathroom is small, nice overall but not for the price we paid.

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay. Loved the quick walk to the beach to catch the sunrise. Our room was clean and staff was friendly.
