First room wasn’t clean and it looked like people were still staying in the room. The 2nd room there were no sheets on the beds and when we asked for sheets we were told housekeeping wasn’t there and there are no more rooms. We had sleep on a small bed with 1 sheet set we found. The next day they still had not fixed the issue. Thomas the manager what great and gave us our money back.

We enjoyed this hotel. The 2 bedroom suite we got was awesome. I can say the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in at Myrtle beach! The only downfall was no breakfast but had a wonderful kitchen in our room to cook if I wanted to.

No hot water… the security card readers for the hotel were not working and the secure parking had unlocked doors. The gates were open all the time. No over mitts, no oven pan. The bathroom vanity was rotted at the bottom and the dinning room table was so wobbly that it was unusable. The bed linen were basically thick sheets. When we complained about the hot water, we were told to let it run for 20 minutes which didn’t make a difference and made it barely warm. We were also told that we’re showering at the same time as everyone however we were up and showering at 6am because we had booked early tee times for golf. It was very disappointing to see that the pool water and hot tubs were green so it looked like the pool area was never cleaned. Very disappointing stay for the price.

The bed box spring area was filthy there was 2 metal pieces sticking out where I almost cut my leg on… Carpet was so dirty and on Saturday morning there was a cockroach in the Bathroom…. I chose this resort because of the ratings and I was very disappointed I took pictures which I will be willing to share

The room I was in was nice and spacious. Ocean front with a 2 bed bedroom. Full kitchen was nice and clean. Only one small issue couldn’t adjust the air unit. Was being shared with adjoining room. Had to stay set on 70. I’m just glad I brought my heater. Other than that I would recommend this resort. Will be booking here my next trip.

This was a good property located exactly where we needed it to be. The air condition worked part of the time. It would start putting out hot air, so we would turn it off and then open the door to the balcony to cool the room down. It wasn't that big of a deal since we were gone most of the time.

The room was was nice. The pics of the room on the website should be updated. The staff was great very helpful and nice. The view was awesome. I look forward to going back next year if possible. I’ll definitely pick the same resort.

Beds are horrible . Carpet nasty . Stains on the sofa . Moving to a new room today . Hope it’s better !!
