皇冠珊瑚礁海灘度假村及水上樂園(Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark)

La verdad nos gustó mucho este hotel la habitación amplia, la vista espectacular, las albercas limpias y todas climatizadas y los Jacuzzis ni se diga, super y el water park también lo disfrutamos mucho

Un ambiente super familiar! El staff muy amable y amistosos, aún la clase de visitantes que se hospedan muy educados. Las atracciones dentro del resort son fabulosas para los niños 5⭐️

Esta bien ubicada pero siento que le hace falta personal que hablen varios idiomas

Looked like they were upgrading rooms some ,overlooked the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were terrible

Many places and water park wasn’t available. Under construction. Wish we didn’t come during construction period that we weren’t aware of. We have 6 kids and they were not able to enjoy accommodations that Crown Reef Resort promised.

The staff were friendly and helpful ,the room was perfect and the view was one of a kind the only tiny issue was the hours of the water park for off season when you pay all that money for a waterpark resort you would think they would be open more than 4 hours and the hot tube and pool was also closed earlier than in the booklet they give you

The property was overall okay, but very noisy next door guessed made my experience unpleasant.

I booked this location for the year around waterpark to celebrate my birthday and have all day water fun with my kids. I understand it is January and there was limited waterpark hours but it was never disclosed during booking or at checkin that 1/2 of the waterpark was closed. All that was open was 2 water slides and the normal hotel pool. My 2 year old daughter couldn't play b/c the kids play area was closed along with the smaller slide. But also I thought this was a no smoking property but I guess that didnt apply to the people working on the waterpark as they were smoking inside. The room was clean and was very accommodating for my family. I will probably not book here again.
