Ginger was one of the testing class affordable hotels..however presently most of the premises are below par..old properties not maintained properly specially the washroom part.. This hotel should be your last choice if you are traveling to places..

Faulty AC eoom has been given with faulty electric kettle & very very poor room service asked for water in the evening not been given till next morning. Our room no was 206 on the 2nd floor. Terrible room in terms of amenities provided. Worst experience.

We travelled as a couple to Mysore and stayed in # 225 The room it's self was run down.and had fixtures in the bathroom of 90's and early 2000 era. I dint have much expectations and dint mind as we were there for only 2 nights. The cream of the hotel ks their staff, warm, welcoming and always available to help in the best way they can. Quality & quantity of food was good we had only Veg options. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner all had at the hotel. Special mentions from the team. Guru (FnB) Yassin (FnB) Shruti (FO) I hope I.am correct with her name , as she helped us during check in (She wore a all black Uniform) As a Hotelier my self, I would request rhe management to review their rooms.and fixtures. We other wise enjoyed our stay and if ever visit Mysore again will stay at the ginger.

Very good and prompt service. Comfortable rooms. Good food. Had a great time here. Thank you Ginger team For wonderful stay . Location is very good too and all city attraactokbs are at walking distance. Overall an awesome holiday experience here

I stayed here for nearly around 25 days for my work I feel here all the services are good like ac rooms, cleaning, laundry etc. Also, there is a restaurant downstairs and the staff mainly Abdul, Nagendra & Santosh is very polite and also, as per your taste they can prepare what you want.

This hotel was really exceptional. It's in a very safe and quiet location with proximity to all the local sight seeings and the city centre. The AC rooms were clean and extremely nice. The entire staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Customer service recieved was exceptional and second to none! The public areas such as the lobby and other amenities looked very upscale and clean. The breakfast buffet included in the price was great as well! Room service staff was amazing! It was a pleasure interacting with the great team here during my week long stay, I miss you all, sincerely. Dushyanth, the hotel manager was great and gracefully accommodated last minute special requests. Truly amazing human being, both, personally and professionally! Overall 10 out of 10 in all respects! I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and relatives! Srikanth

Good service by hotel staffs including Karim, Abdul , Guru and Bala. The stuffs were properly trained and well behaved.

I have been in the same hotel in Mysore around 10 years back...since the time they actually started and was very impressed. So when the occasion came to go to Mysore again, I chose this one. They have maintained some things but gone down on some. a) the bed is just too soft- good for someone bad for people with back pain. b) the towels and the bed linen are washed but not that clean- run down condition, if you know what I mean. c) The check in time was at 1 but the room was still not ready till 2/ 230 pm d) Strange is that they have given one cup in the rooms instead of two. e) the stirrers are missing- one has to call and wait for getting the basic stirrers. f) the patch works in the infrastructure is showing up (lights has been fixed..but the painting has not been fixed.. g) the phones in the room are primitive and has an irritating sound of loose connections with no details on what number to call for what? Good part: - the break fast buffet is still very good. - the shower is awesome. Still worth a stay, since I love Tata's I want them to look into these minor details...

Location & Room : The hotel is located close to major attractions in Mysore - Karanji lake , Zoo , Chamundi Hills etc.. Rooms are simple but comfortable , have options of 2 single beds & 1 double bed , table ,Tea/Coffe maker , wardrobe & large TV (relatively) . The bathrooms are small but still convenient .Overall we felt rooms are designed very well optimising the given space. The rooms on upper floors are good with almost open sky view, ours was 312 , the lower floors should be ok too I guess . Restaurant/ Food ＞＞ They have a restaurant on the ground floor near reception , we had complimentary Breakfast & Ala-carte Dinner here . They may not have a comprehensive Menu but whatever they served was well made & tasted good . We tried Tomato soup ,Dal ,Paneer ,Laccha Parantha ,Chapati etc. . Pasta/Sandwich may need bit of improvement . Although the restaurant is not huge but guess its large enough for the residing guests . We didnt feel like going outside for food. Special mention of the excellent service provided by Guruprasad S who was always ready to help - Breakfast or Dinner ,others in the team should ape him . Parking ＞＞ They have their own parking space within campus, didnt have any issue here. Service ＞＞ Rooms were clean , felt the service was upto the mark with couple of glitches here & there . If you set your expectations , you would not find too much missing .This is a no frills ,value for money place to stay
