Super nice and friendly

The view is to die for! There is no doubt you will catch some of the best sunsets Fiji has to offer at Sailors especially if you book the ocean-view rooms. I was just disappointed that we were not given a bathmat upon check-in even though we had to wait a little bit because our room was not ready. This was my second time at Sailors and both times we requested for the bath mat, I am hoping this is something they will look into. Customer service is absolutely delightful and the ladies were always happy to assist wherever possible. All in all, Sailors is a must do in Wailoaloa and I cannot wait to go back!

Cute little property by the shore. They have their own restaurant, that make decent grub. You also have options with the Wailoaloa Beach Club nearby, Vasaqa Productions and Grace Kitchen for places to eat. The Beach Club is just stone's throw away and is good place to hang out on Thursdays - Sat. Places around here usually close around 12pm. Rooms are clean with basic amenities, cutest coffee shop on property, a pool, restaurant and bar and friendly staff. Best of all, affordable. You can also view the best sunsets on the property.

Great place to stay . friendly staff and beatiful smile from the waiters and bar tenders . Great location everything is near . easy to flag taxi at night if you heading out some where. The room is clean and nicew mid bar fridge with tea ammenties complimentary. M y room was next to the POOL (ROOM 4) REALLY LIKE THAT ROOM . NICE BALCONY. Sailors is really lovely! The staff are amazing and hyper attentive! The food is really good also (breakfast was yummy , the big breakfast!) The pizza! Mmmmmm But! The shining star for me is the Kokoda hawt damn! With the casava chips and the zingy fresh Chilli mmmmmmm (I have some skin in the game when it comes to Pacifica experience spesh with various regional versions of "Kokoda" eg Rarotonga - Ika Mata , Samoan Oka ...so far Kokoda or Fijian version of raw fish, coconut creme, onion, lemon juice, capsicum ...is the best ..specially from here! Nice pool, it's also on the beach..nice and sandy ..waters a bit murky...but that's ok... don't be too precious ...it's the sea... Could be good for kids...just keep em close and ... Close to the airport lots of other resorts that you can eat at if you wish ...there's a dairy - 7/11 just down the road...

Booked a room with a view at Sailors Beach. The room was filthy, there were cockroaches inside the bathroom and also in the room. There were no toilet papers, we had to use the toilet paper which was already in used by the previous stayers and that’s discussing.. There was no towels and it took them 4 hours to bring the towels after requesting it. The bed sheets were dusty and dirty. There was nothing in the fridge. The whole experience was a disappointment. I wouldn’t advise anyone to waste their money on such places. Filthy and disgusting! We are going through a pandemic and such places is a red flag 🚩

The staff is amazing, good food and good vibe. Rooms are neat and clean with good views, especially the ones with sea views. You can drink there a good coffee and kava. Feel safe and more quiet than the hotels nearby. It gets quiet after 10 pm and security is always there

I stayed at this property, booked a standard room, and was allocated a room. 10 on arrival; hence, a standard room does not mean that you are not given enough space in the toilet to sit properly and do your business. There was no space between the toilet and the handsink to allow you to put your legs properly. If you are not careful while standing up, your shoulder will hit the sharp end of the towel holder, which happened to me and hurt my shoulder. I paid $144 for the room, but it seems like I stayed in the store room, which was turned into a room. I stayed at other resorts in a standard room, but it was not as such. At night, when we went to bed, we realized the AC was leaking. Sadly, the AC is right on top of the bed, and the leakage is right on your forehead. During checkout, I raised the matter with the front desk staff, and all they did was show their so-called sympathy face. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SAILORS MANAGEMENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND BULABARD ITS CHEAPER AND SPACIOUS STANDARD ROOM
