I recently had the opportunity to stay at a charming Airbnb property nestled amidst the breathtaking mountains. The location was undeniably beautiful, offering a sense of tranquillity and privacy from being on a family-owned property. However, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag, prompting me to share a balanced review. The property was a delight, featuring three cosy bedrooms and a spacious hall that perfectly accommodated our group. Surrounded by the majestic mountains, it provided a serene backdrop for our stay, and the private setting added to the overall charm. Unfortunately, the shining moments of our stay were da****ed by a couple of significant issues. Firstly, the food provided by the host was quite disappointing. Despite the stunning location, we were forced to waste the meals due to their poor quality. This was particularly disheartening, as a satisfying culinary experience would have complemented the overall ambience. Moreover, the temperature during our stay was chilly -8 degrees Celsius, and the heaters (PAID EXTRA) provided by the host failed to function adequately. This left us grappling with the harsh cold, impacting our comfort and overall enjoyment of the property. Adequate heating is essential, especially in such low temperatures, and it was disappointing to find this aspect lacking. In summary, the Airbnb property had immense potential, offering a picturesque escape for those seeking serenity in the mountains. However, improvements in the culinary offerings and heating facilities are crucial for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. I hope the host considers these aspects to enhance the overall experience for future guests.
