I have been to a lot of hotels because of my work.We have wanted double bed but hotel gave us twin bed merged each other.The matter of the beds always slides.Walls are thin we could hear the snoring , flushes and any other sounds from next door. Decoration of the hotel is very good that I've stayed for winter vacation.Meals in this restaurant was one of the worst I've experienced so far.Service in this restaurant was just ehh.There is only one person you can easily talk English with, rest can't speak enough. For dining try somewhere elses in New Gudauri region.

Leider nur 3 von 5 Punkten, eigentlich ein ganz schönes Hotel direkt an der Piste, wenn man mit mehr oder weniger kleinen Abzügen leben kann: - Aufzug nur 2 Aufzüge für ein 7 stickiges Gebäude und ein Aufzug bedient nicht mal alle Stockwerke. Heißt t extrem lange Wartezeiten oder Treppen laufen - viele Kleinigkeiten defekt - tropft im Zimmer von der Decke und die Rezeption interessiert es nicht; kein heißes Wasser, nächste Tag kein kaltes Wasser; duschen im spa defekt,… - Schneeräumen auf den Außentreppen wird nicht für notwenig empfunden. - eine kurze Einweisung bei der Ankunft wird nicht für notwendig empfunden. - early Breakfast bei früherer Abreise am Morgen wird nicht angeboten. - Zimmerkarten funktionieren öfters nicht, heißt wieder zur Rezeption (siehe Aufzug Thema oben) Wie gesagt im Großen und Ganzen ok, das Management sollte sich mehr um das Hotel kümmern!

Hotel is new, clean and has very nice views of surrounding hills. Summer prices are discounted, so it's quite affordable to stay here in nice weather. Breakfasts are quite good and restaurant staff - polite. One would enjoy nice views from top floor restaurant. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, so it is also quite easy to enjoy delicious Georgian food in the evening. It is also quite safe to walk around, police station is nearby and patrol is all the time around. There are several tourists from Arabic countries that arrive in Gudauri with their families and you would see them walking around. Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the reception/security staff apparently needs more training to politely communicate with their guests...

I have been to a lot of hotels for almost 40 years. Never have I left a negative review till now. Hotel is concentrating in taking the maximum money from you as possible and at the same time giving you the minimum service as possible. Rooms are small and very noisy. Hotel has a bad location. Nothing close to it. Very disrespectful attitude by some of the staff My recommendation: don’t even think of this hotel as one of your options.

I have been to a lot of hotels and have been skiing for over 30 years. Never have I left a negative review till now. In several occasions promises and understanding we had given to us by Hotel staff was not delivered. Greedy approach looking to take as much more money from you as possible. 1. Booked a massage, came to get it, the person went home - on massage 2. before check out we checked our options and promised access to the SPA and showers. We planed our skiing day accordingly only to be asked to pay for it when we wished to enter 3 Very disrespectful attitude by some of the staff 4. Poor recommendations by the staff and lack of knowledge (e.g. ski rental equipment location) 5. Thin walls - we could hear the snoring from nest door Will not go back there !
