Excellent location just in the centre of Nagpur. Got decent Gym but doesn’t have steam or jacuzzi. Food is decent. Just a nice decent experience. Excellent for a business trip or a day trip.

I like to give praise where it’s warranted. So I’ll start with the positives of this hotel. The food at their multi cuisine restaurant was great. We tried the dinner buffet and everything from the taste, to the service was outstanding. The decor of the hotel reflects the royal era with its ornate furnishings and lives upto its name of Imperial. Having said that nothing else about the hotel is good. At checkin, we requested for a packed breakfast since we had an early flight. They flat refused saying it’s against management policy to give a packed breakfast. They were willing to open buffet breakfast early but not give a takeaway of a sandwich or whatever one item from the buffet. After our travel agent who uses this hotel frequently requested they apparently agreed but when we came for checkout the guy at the desk was clueless. The hotel is dated and it shows through. The carpets are stained and old. And our room had a musty smell to it which they tried to mask with strong room freshener. The rooms and bathrooms are big but the wall at places was peeling. The linen was grey with over use. The remotes to the TV didn’t work. Their attention to detail is out of the window. Both our rooms were double occupancy and we had one pair of bathroom slippers. The lights in the corridors weren’t turned on and the pathway to the room was dark at 5 pm and 6 am. Worst of all was, at 12:30 midnight some random stranger opened our room door and walked in and was standing by the bed when we woke up. My dad had to scream at him saying it was our room. And our other room at 1 am, somebody was trying to open it and I had to yell saying the room is occupied. I wouldn’t recommend it for the stay since nothing about the stay was nice. Since it was 1 night and 15 mins to the airport we just braved it. I’d for sure recommend it for the buffet dinner though. Customer service is the worst. Our luggage was not delivered for 40 mins and we had to call to make it happen. And after all that the bell boys stand there looking at us expectantly for a tip!!!!

The rooms were comfortable and lovely, and the hotel's service was excellent. However, the only upsetting thing was the separation of non-veg and vegetarian food. We witnessed the chef cook chicken, wash the same utensil with water, and then use it to cook paneer chilly, which was later served at our table. I would suggest being careful with non-veg and veg food and adding more Jain options to the menu.

The food for tasty and the overall experience was excellent.Neha, Gangaram and priyanka made ensure that the experience was hassle free. The staff understood our palette and prepared accordingly. Nice touch of complementary pani puri. The brass tableware is in a class of its own!

The service at the buffet lunch was pathetic, the staff in a hurry served all the things in the table.. right from the soup to fresh lime soda..lol.. at the same time n then in the main course the dishes were absconding after a while. In general there was lot of chaos.n a very poor service.

The rooms for this hotel is nice and clean and the food for dinner service is very delicious, however that's about where the good experience ends. The wifi is inconsistent and you would be constantly disconnected. If the hotel makes a mistake in any form and they admit it was their fault, they will NOT apologize at any point nor will they do anything to rectify the problems. One of the worst experience we had during our stay was that the hotel made a mistake and posted someone else's room service to our room and refused to rectify the mistake and we were force to pay for this charge at check out. Even after providing evidence that it was not our order, they refused to acknowledge the evidence or listen to us. The management at this property have very big egos and will refuse to accept any fault and will not apologize for the poor customer service.

Very sorry to say but the guest services are pathetic. I stayed in room 314 and had complained daily on the loud noises from the banquet hall located nearby. Very loud noise and even after complaining to front desk no action was taken and this had been continuing for 3 continuous nights even after 12am. Surprising no police action for loud music beyond 12 am. Yes I agree with one more review posted that when you walk to to room it smells like bathroom. No freshness. The food is good and so are the pillows..but no peace of mind and Please don’t take room 314.

Its worst experience every time I go. They bluntly refuse to any request you make. Always face disappointment every time I go. Its has good locations and ambience. But people here are typically narrow mentality. Good bye

Awesome luxurious hotel room with tasty and varieties of food in buffet and mainly very polite/welcoming/courteous staff namely Pradhita Naik/Vinalli/Priyanka Dokarinare/Prashant/Monali in F&B department followed by very warm chefs namely Chef Kamal/Amar/Dikiram and Mohsin.Thank you for the great hospitality.Maharaja Royal feeling

Pleasent stay with all amenities. Neat and clean rooms Staff are supportive, maintenance is awesome Coming to food, serves delicious food with good quality. Special thanks to Nikhil ( front office) for smooth check out and billing process.

I have an excellent experience in Tuli imperial......food is awesome....it is not only the taste but the presentation and variety is also excellent. Staff is very courteous......I wish I can come here again..... special thanks to Kishore Pathak and Jinu

I was attending a marriage at the hotel and also stayed there. It should not be called as 5 star hotel, may be for Nagpur it is. Breakfast is horrible. I am a south Indian. I took Masala dosa. It was a plain dosa with a bit of potato curry thrown in. Second day same scenario. I asked for onion dosa. They threw some raw onion inside the plain dosa and it is onion dosa. Thats not the way to do. If you dont know, then dont have it on the menu. Marathi food is mostly poori, poha and dry chapathi. They dont know other items. Some of the left over from previous day dinner was kept at the breakfast next day. This is awful. Kulcha, chana, etc were there for bkfast though it was served for dinner previous night. They need to improve a lot. I have stayed in no of 5 star hotels. This is worth 3 star only from my side.

Hello to all readers and to all staff @ Trip. I stayed at Tuli Imperial 9-10th Apr. Room 509 double bedded, as per my request. The room was very good , quiet and I slept well after 4 sleepless nights . The bed was super comfy and the AC was perfect. The toilets and bath shower was good. I had an issue with hot/cold water and that was resolved when I mentioned this to front desk. Everything coming out the tap and shower was very hot. Not to my liking. There was a lot of antique furniture spread around the room and this occupied a lot of space. The lighting in the room was very poor . The kettle for coffee/tea was in a bottom shelf . If you cannot bend it to reach it , then you might as well sit on the carpet floor and prepare your brew. Room WiFi was provide for only one device. As I was sleeping I heard a whirring noise outside my room. It was unusual. I checked that and understood that probably that it was the CCTV camera every 20 seconds. If it was ...it was quiet. I was able to sleep. On the 9th I had supper as per my request . At Majestic Masala. Thank you Mr Amit Meshram. It was really good. Next day lunch buffet was splendid. I used to mention about the hotel stay costs. I will stop doing that . Because this is dynamic . Aka depends on season / rush / demand etc.. A Big Thank You to Ms Ankita Pal , Mr Sandip Renait and Mr Harsh Zepenole. They took care of my requests. During lunch buffet on 10th Apr, I met the Mr Tuli (owner of the hotel). He was sitting opposite my table , with his family. I walked upto his table and greeted him . He stood up from his chair and we talked briefly. I found him very humble and gracious. What a brilliant person ! Pics attached.
