The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room. Spacious and elegantly furnished, it offered all the modern amenities one could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. The staff at Watergate were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. Overall, my stay at Watergate was nothing short of amazing. This was my 4th visit and I finally found my favourite hotel in Nainital. The location is perfect. It faces the Naini Lake, its on the mall road area where most prominent shops are there, its walking distance for Naini Devi temple and bhotia market area, and walking distance from the zoo shuttle pickup zone. The staff are very polite and helpful. I stayed in lake facing rooms. They are really amazing and adequately designed with modern amenities. The rooms are well lit with natural light. They have good space and can accommodate 2+1. The room service is very prompt and the hotel has no problem with you bringing food from outside. I was there with friends and we cherished every moment of our stay and created wonderful memories.
