Good and quiet

While I cannot fault the facilities, given that this is a relatively new hotel, the room quality is commendable. However, I encountered an issue with the hot shower; at times, instead of warm water, it turned unexpectedly cold. Breakfast was somewhat monotonous and restrictive, prompting me to file a complaint, especially given my extended stay. And there is a club nearby that blares loud music from Friday to Sunday, making it impossible to sleep. The most significant challenge arose from the overall customer experience. The check-in process turned into a nigh**are when the hotel incorrectly asserted that I had underpaid—an error on their part, not mine. Upon resolving this issue, they insisted I was not entitled to breakfast due to the alleged underpayment, leading me to navigate through bureaucratic hurdles with my organisation to rectify the situation. The most distressing aspect was the unfriendly demeanor exhibited by the front desk staff towards my guests. They would practically knock on my door, demanding identification from my guest, displaying a hostile behaviour that was both unsettling and off-putting.

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Biggest physical issue was no lift and stairs were a problem for my companion. Biggest service issue is ********** stated breakfast was included and my companion was charged for breakfast.

The fine dining experience was great with excellent service. The rooms are lavish and up to the standards of a 5 star hotel. There are also amazing amenities such as a pool, sauna, spa and gym for exercises and relaxation. We will definitely come back again.

The rooms are very beautiful and there is value for money.There are conveniently located near all major location very near the CBD. The staff service is excellent and i really enjoyed the service at the restaurant &Spa. Asha was very kind and helpful.

The ambience is serene, the facilities are clean. The food is sumptuous; the Staff are happy and welcoming. I was especially impressed with the surroundings, the stone wall surrounding the premise, reduces the noise and creates a very private surrounding.

Excelente lugar, muy amplio y cómodo, con excelente ubicación. El personal muy atento y la comida muy buena.

Brand new facility, great service, restaurant and pool
