lively place with a good mix of people , best breakfast one can dream rooms a bit small but functional and clean friendly costumer service ( takes time to check out so do not be in a hurry when leaving)

The airconditioner isn’t cooling. They already had a fan which was given, on standby. I couldn’t sleep at all. It was the worst experience I ever had traveling. It’s worse than the experience of a one-star hotel. My room is 225 and I had prepaid, if not, I would have checked out of the hotel immediately. So sad. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Je recommande vivement Tobias pour son professionnalisme et la bonne humeur. L’hôtel est sympa, buffet varié, chambres cleans, le staff est sympa. Les cocktails sont sympa. Le room service est rapide aussi le staff est cool.

Les baguettes de Panda sont súper, le cuisinier méxicain sympa fait aussi des tacos. Bonne bière 🍺 artesanale. Quelques soirées il y a 🎵🤙🏽 en direct et le staff est attentif. Je reviendrai certainement.

Nice, modern hotel with decent food options but the fact that my partner and I had to wait for about 2 hours to check into our room was ridiculous. NO one greeted us when we first entered and we had to ask a fellow guest at the place to let us know where to go and who to talk to. Additionally, the check-in lady told us that she would notify us when the room was ready but after waiting for two hours, we had to proactively ask for a status update on our room. No sincere apologies were given. We stayed here both nights and loud music was playing all night long so if you want a good night sleep or if you want to go to bed early, this place may not be the place for you. The accommodation and location may be nice but the customer service and professionalism are lacking during my visit. not sure if I'll come back.

I stayed here for a 10 days and I will say it is one of the best locations Nairobi. It is at the city center, breakfast is amazing! Staffs is so polite and ready to serve Ibrahim,Kelvin M, Tobias,I fact all the staffs are amazing ❤️❤️ Definitely recommend. They have three restaurants and one is open 24h, isn’t that amazing?

Excellent ambience, facilities, food and customer service. Everything about The Social House was well thought out and unique. It curates an experience for you from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave. I highly recommend this destination even if you can’t stay there go for the food and cafe experience.

Fantastic day 1 - thanks to Tobias+Emily, Enock and Msau and the exceptionally warm welcome Thorougly enjoyed the Live Sunday band at the Other room watched from my the comfort of my room. An electrically curated museum of great beauty experiences for sure.
