Our family have booked two rooms separately by two booking in the same period for the family trip, we have already completed the pre-registration for the hotel check-in to issue the check-in code. However, one room can get the password for getting the hotel key, another room was failed to get the password in the self check-in counter.
We have to call the hotel customer service to get the password. We talked over 20 minutes and it spent around HKD300 for the mobile phone roaming fee.
