Staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean. I loved the location. I felt very safe. Would def stay again.

Pros: clean, decently courteous staff. Cons: very hard mattress, low insulation between walls (interior and exterior) and you could literally hear the kids in the hallways and the car doors closing outside; terrible selection of gluten free items, no vegan options. I will try this location again in a year, and I hope this review will encourage a pillow-top mattress and better food selection.

Family trip. Well worth the money. Cookies from front desk were yummy. Continental breakfast was very good.

Everything was great. Location was good. Close to Idaho Center. Looks like there is alot of stores close by.

The room was very small and was definitely a pet room. There were stains on the carpet and the room just didn't seem to be very clean. Someone was banging on the floor above at 1:30 am. Every 5 minutes, for a half hour, they would drop something 2 times. There were no answer at the front desk. We will never stay again!!

We loved staying here because they have single room options that fit all five of us instead of having to rent two rooms. It was perfectly laid out with the couch / pull-out bed on the other side of the bathroom with a separate TV.

Very courteous and welcoming staff, beautiful facility, very clean, breakfast was very good. If we come again we will stay with you again.

Nothing. This hotel is located 40 feet from the I84 Interstate freeway. Noise level is atrocious. Semi trucks and loud vehicle traffic is never ending through the night. To make matters worse we booked a king + pull-out sofa bed. After requesting sheets & bed coverings for the sofa (it was not in our room) we were disgusted to find that the bead cover, sheets and the blanket provided all, and I repeat each and all, had wear and tear wholes in them. Separately this hotel placed a $100 "hold" for incidentals on our credit card (not a customary $25 or $50) AND as of 3 days later (following our stay) the hotel has still not reversed the "hold" on our credit card even though we incurred NO incidentals. We will never stay in this Holiday Inn Express again. There are many better options in the area.

We have stayed here again and again for over 10 plus years. Always know what to expect. Great service, friendly staff.
