accueil assez moyen la chambre correcte

好處：鄰近火車站，只需要2分鐘步行便到達；樓下和附近有非常多餐廳和快餐；隔壁有一個超市可以日常用品；大多數時候房間清潔都會換新枕頭套和毛巾 不足之處：房間很狹窄和陰暗，燈光不亮，沒有小型冰箱，衣櫃搖搖欲墜；房間沒有窗戶而是門，有次清潔房間時打開個整個陽台的門，房間安全會讓人擔憂；房間是用鑰匙，上面有一個牌子寫著酒店名和房號，如有人不小心遺失鑰匙，房間安全很擔憂

Hôtel très bien placé à 2 pas de la gare. Chambre de taille moyenne. Literie correct. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable et serviable. L'ascenseur fait style très ancien. Hôtel à conseiller pour un week-end.

Séjour professionnel Choix de cet hôtel par défaut car complet partout. Ma chambre n’avait pas de déco , l’impression d’être dans une cellule , panneau de douche non étanche Pas de savon dans la douche ( heureusement que que j’avais pensais à en prendre ) Le matin , pas de lumière dans la chambre .. Petit déjeuner plus que médiocre Bref .. n’y allez pas

Bien dormi malgré l'isolation faible des fenêtres... Réceptionniste très sympathique et investi. En ce qui concerne la chambre, elle était spacieuse et bien équipée. Le lit était très confortable avec une vue panoramique sur le centre-ville.

Personnel au petit soin et très gentil. En revanche l’hôtel mériterait un bon coup de rénovation et l’ascenseur aussi ! Il fait un bruit d’enfer pas cool quand on a la chambre juste devant.

Hôtel 2 étoiles (pas 3) à notre avis. Les photos sont anciennes et trompeuses. Séjour de 2 nuits, on est resté une seule. L'hôtel est proche de la gare, mais trop bruyant. Notre chambre était spacieuse, mais pas confortable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Accueil charmant à l'hôtel. Chambres "privilège" un peu chaudes, mériteraient l'installation de la clim. Les petits déjeuners sont facturés 13 € et non 10 comme c'est écrit sur **********.

On ne peut pas dormir tranquille. A 3h du matin, on entend des gens parler dans le couloir ainsi que le bruit que ça fait l’ascenseur.

Très bon accueil. Personnel à l’écoute et de bon conseil pour les visites et les restaurants. Chambre confortable.

駅から数分の場所で、大きなバッグを持っていたので助かりました。 チェックインの際のスタッフも手際良くて、親切な対応でした。 部屋は清潔だけど狭い。特にシャワールームと洗面所。寝るだけなら大丈夫。

Etablissement qui ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur mais qui, de par l'intérieur refait a neuf, le personnel très serviable et soucieux du bien-être des clients et les services autour nous fait oublier ce détail.

The time I checked in to the first room, the switch in the room doesn’t work, there is only light in the bathroom. Then they change me to another room, and this room had a horrible smell like something died there. The front desk lady said the sewer was backed up in that room, and she apologized so she gave me another room. This room in the beginning was alright; however, when I took a shower, the drain was clogged up and had a difficult time to drain. Also, the people in the room next to me was smoking. I complained about the shower drain, and the front desk man gave me a room with a broken shower head that was leaking all over. He was very rude when I told him about the shower head being leaking and he said that this is a 2 stars hotel. I said on Orbitz it says 3 stars. No matter what star the hotel is, his unprofessional and unapologetic altitude made the whole experience in France disheartening. I cannot believe he said to me that it’s not his responsibility and that I should put up with it. His action and demure are inexcusable since he should understand that customers complaints that are valid should be taken with care and consideration. He said he is very busy and that he has no time for me, I cannot fathom such rude behavior coming from the employee of the hotel. The front desk ladies I encountered were nice and professional, but it didn’t make it any better. Loud noise from outside til late hours, smoking smell. I give this hotel a negative star.
