這是亞薩瓦群島最適合單身旅客的度假村之一；宿舍寬敞、乾淨，可以讓你認識新朋友。還有很多活動，提供的食物也很棒。

Unser Aufenthalt im Resort war insgesamt wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist äußerst schick und hochwertig, und die Beach Villa mit eigenem Badezimmer hat uns besonders begeistert – ein echtes Luxus Highlight! Das Resort bietet zahlreiche Aktivitäten wie Tanzabende oder kreatives Basteln mit selbst gesammelten Muscheln, was eine besondere Note verleiht. Der Pool war ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich zu entspannen und gleichzeitig neue Kontakte zu knüpfen, da die Atmosphäre angenehm gemeinschaftlich, aber dennoch ruhig war. Das Essen war hervorragend: morgens frisch zubereitete Eier nach Wunsch und ein reichhaltiges Buffet, mittags eine große Auswahl an Gerichten von Burgern bis Pasta, und abends ein leckeres Drei-Gänge-Menü. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Spa – die Massage und das freundliche Personal waren absolut erstklassig. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die vielen Ameisen, die sowohl auf den Liegen als auch in der Lounge und rund um unsere Unterkunft zu finden waren. Das hat mich leider oft davon abgehalten, draußen zu sitzen. Trotzdem ein traumhaftes Resort für alle, die Wert auf stilvolle Unterkünfte, gutes Essen und ein abwechslungsreiches Programm legen!

Before I start the staff at this resort were AMAZING. So lovely, so welcoming and they deserve so much praise. Please note: the stars does not reflect upon the staff or the island surroundings as the snorkelling in the reefs is the best I have ever seen. It is a big management issue. The management, organisation is shocking and 100% as backpacker do not stay here. Bed bugs on the first night. Only the beds of the travellers who were leaving got cleaned at this stage. If bed bugs in one bed, it’s in all and at least the surrounding areas. Next….we waited all day for two days for manta rays. Got told there none there. However, we have friends at barefoot manta who got to snorkel with them, and we also actually contacted this resort who confirmed there are mantas in the channel and manta ray resort refused for both days to take us. There was a group of least 10+ waiting to go. If we knew from get go the resort didn’t want to send us to manta ray channel we would have booked other activities which we landed missing, as we were waiting around and being told we would get to go. We complained and spoke to associated staff numerous times, both days and they did say they were checking but nothing was done for us. I am unsure if it is because we are backpackers rather than holiday goer but no excuse. A older couple cried and then also spoke to the management too then got taken to see them (I am guessing paid them more money? Which we were happy to do). They then got told: ‘Don’t tell anyone else’ If we were told from beginning they wouldn’t let us go we could have booked other activities but we just got told to wait all day and got told it was happening when it emerged at end of our days there it never was going to. I left my backpack with my valuables round the back of reception with staff with my purse in my bag on the top. I am missing $100 FJD. If you don’t want bedbugs, are a back packer (for sure) and want to see manta rays, avoid.

At our arriving, we checked the mattress and it was really dirty. The managerin gave us an other treehouse. The employees (not the office employees) seemed bored and they are not well organized. During our 4 nights stay we didn't get any room service (we had one towel each for the all stay + the room has not get cleaned). As guest, you can feel that the resort is trying to make the must money on you (ice coffee for 12$ is a finish powder mixed with some ice, that's a shame/ you stay at a beautiful reef, but will have to pay for fins/ after lunch, you can not get coffee or tee (you will have to order at the bar and pay for it). The food at lunch and dinner was good. The breakfast buffet is poor and loveless prepared. We stay for 4 nights and there is actually a big construction site on the resort. You will chill at the beach during the day and hear all day long the people working on it. They began at 8.30 in the morning, so you won't be able to enjoy a long morning in bed.

Het woord resort zou niet gebruikt mogen worden. Verwacht zelfs niet te veel van de meest “luxe” Beach villa. De villa is niet goed onderhouden en ook niet schoon, er lagen zelfs nog medicijnen op de grond welke onze kinderen hadden gevonden, levensgevaarlijk!! Daarnaast zijn er enkele dag zeer storende bouwwerkzaamheden gaande. Dit moeten ze echt voor aankomst met de gasten delen. Meerdere malen geen stroom voor enkele uren. Dit krijg je pas bij aankomst te horen terwijl het een zeer grote renovatie betreft. Verwacht ook niet te veel van het mealplan. De keuze is zeer beperkt en kwaliteit is matig. Wat ons het meest teleurgesteld heeft is de houding van de Front Office. Bij aankomst was er een voorval waar wij met elkaar een duidelijke financiële afspraak over hebben gemaakt. Deze afspraak is op dag 2 en 3 nogmaals bevestigd. 5 minuten voor vertrek werd de afspraak ineens ontkracht. De betreffende medewerkster deed alsof ze van niks meer wist en verwees mij naar de manager. De manager gaf aan meer tijd nodig te hebben om dit “ uit te zoeken” nogal lastig als de boot voor vertrek al klaar staat. Ondanks haar belofte om het op te lossen en om binnen 2 dagen contact op te nemen hebben we niks meer gehoord. Op onze mails en berichten wordt ook niet meer gereageerd. Dit is pure oplichterij van het personeel. Kortom: ga hier niet naar toe. Je wordt bedonderd, de kwaliteit is slecht en je betaald de hoofdprijs. Kies voor het Blue Lagoon Beach resort. Daar weten ze wat gastvrijheid is!!
