杜莫奢華套房酒店(Duomo Luxury Suites)

Sono stata in gita con la mia classe a marzo, le camere erano sporche, i capelli sotto i cuscini, asciugamani sporchissimi, tubo del lavandino esploso, lenzuola bucate. La donna delle pulizie ha messo le mani dentro le valigie spostando tutti i vestiti nella valigia dell'altra persona (comunque dopo aver chiesto di non pulire la stanza perché avevamo lasciato oggetti di valore) ,sono entrati lo stesso e hanno rubato 50 euro che erano ben nascosti. In più un giorno la colazione che era stata richiesta non è stata fatta, lo stabilimento quando siamo arrivati era chiuso. MAI PIU

Le camere si trovano all'angolo tra Via dei Tribunali e Via Duomo, punto comodo per girare la città ma anche molto, molto rumoroso. Consigliato, quindi, per chi ha il sonno pesante (il letto è comodo). La reception e la sala colazione sono in un altro palazzo poco distante. Camera pulita e dotata di tutto (tv, frigorifero, aria condizionata, ecc.) Colazione nella media: caffè fatto alla moka, cornetti confezionati, yogurt, toast.

Sono stato 2 notti presso questa struttura: molto rumorosa, scomoda da raggiungere, doccia gelata, la corrente è saltata dalle 22,30 alle 23 circa. Nessuno risponde alla reception né sul fisso e né sul cellulare. DA DIMENTICARE!!!!!

The property is great. Amazing and large room. City view below with tons of tourist coming and going ..walking you find incredible architecture and history around every corner just steps away!!! Antonio was spectacularly helpful and kind.. seriously just went above and beyond. I wish I liked Naples the city as much as these accomodations and this staff... They truly are top notch! I would not even consider staying anywhere else if I return to Naples...

Excellent service, easy communication, great location, and comfort place. Highly recommend to stay here in Napoli.

The hotel is ok, would not stay there again. Is in a very loud area, about a restaurant/bar. Is a big room, comes with a jacuzzi inside room, which we did not use. Breakfast was terrible, everything had been there for days and was old and stale. If a good place if you are just day one night on your way to Amalfi, Capri or Sorrento. We decided to spend a night in another place.

Very nice and cleaned hotel located in a central location. High standards of cleaning throughout our stay. Highly recommend it.

Check-in was alright, taken care of by Domenico who explained us the important part of the stay. However, we quickly realised that the suite was not so much taken care of over the last months/years: some moist stains in the shower, the shower doors not closing, the electric wires damaged, the bubble bath half cloaked. The worst part was the half broken window over the Duomo street, ending up in a lot of noise for us which woke us up very early in the morning. The place had some nice advantages though. The main one being the location, a few steps from the Duomo and next to the main Street of the Storico Center. If you are ready of having a not so perfect accomodation especially with the noise of the street, thn you should consider it.

Its just an ok place to spend a night. Close to many restaurants and cafes and also close to the train station.
