The bed was filthy, it has clearly been slept in already and not cleaned, it was covered in hair and filth and even had shoe prints on it yet they refused to give me my money back, I removed everything from the bed but the sheet which I tried to brush everything off as best I could in the middle of the night when I arrived. Absolutely disgusting, it’s the dirtiest BnB I’ve ever had the misfortune of booking. The staff were extremely rude and when I told them I would be adding a review on trip adviser to warn others about how bad the experience was they accused me of blackmailing them which is just ridiculous.

Good clear instructions for out of hours key retrieval from outside the building’s main door. Building looked a little scruffy but opening the hotel door was such a lovely surprise. Lovely white modern corridor with lovely lights that lit up with movement. Small kitchen and welcome chocolates and sweets was a lovely touch. Rooms clean, modern and although a little noisy woth the window open, it all quietened down just after midnight. Would highly recommend for great value hotel close to Naples station.

The whole place is very clean and modern. When you're doing on-line check-in, make sure to follow the instructions to the dot, replay the video just before you start and watch very carefully! I made a simple mistake and had to contact them to avoid any possible problems. It was also rather difficult to use keys on the first attempt. Wifi was pretty good, no problems. Towels, body&head soap are included and replenished each day. I don't know about breakfast - I had a tight schedule and was offered coffee in the mornings, I always had to leave before 8:30 AM, I'm not sure if there's more if you stay until about 10:00 AM? The check-out is at 10:00 AM, but they can wrap up early if you ask them to. Their English is so-so, but you can talk about the most important stuff, and the rest with help of translation engines. A shower head broke once, it seemed to me like it's made of a very thin material. As a side recommendation, I recommend avoiding left side of Piazza Enrico de Nicola at night. I went from a party and a man started following me and shouting at me 'excuse me, prego, sorry', it took like half a minute and was rather scary.

Il B&B Nazionale è una struttura nei pressi della stazione centrale, in una via laterale piuttosto tranquilla. Le camere hanno comunque degli infissi moderni che assicurano un buon isolamento e sono accoglienti e complete veramente di tutto, incluso bollitore, cassaforte e ferro da stiro. Ottima la pulizia. Il proprietario è molto attento e gentile, così come gentile la signora delle pulizie. In conclusione, una ottima soluzione di alloggio dove tornerò volentieri.

Siamo state due notti io e un' amica e ci siamo trovate benissimo, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, la camera ampia, con balcone e condizionatore, molto pulita e con un sacco di coccole come cioccolatini, caramelle, acqua per farti sentire il benvenuto! La notte l atrio super illuminato che sembrava di essere nello spazio. Il bar di sotto convenzionato per la colazione ha delle brioches che sono una bomba! Super consigliato!

Un petit hôtel familial avec un personnel très accueillant et sympathique ! Ne vous attendez pas a du grand luxe, mais la chambre est très confortable avec une petite terrasse qui fait plaisir (surtout le soir). Merci à la climatisation, cette chambre était notre refuge dans la fournaise napolitaine. Petit point faible, la localisation : même si être proche de la gare est très pratique il faut vous attendre à beaucoup marcher pour vous déplacer dans Naples. Même si vous trouverez tout ce qu’il vous faut dans le quartier. Pour rester sur une bonne note, à un prix défiant toute concurrence avec un personnel au top et un confort digne de ce nom, c’est une adresse à envisager si vous restez quelques jours à Naples
