清新酒店(The Fresh)

On est en bordure du vieux Naples, c'est typique. Petite rue un peu sale et bruyante. Les chambres sont au premier étage d'un vieil immeuble. Il faut téléphoner pour avoir le code de la boîte aux clés. Personne à l'accueil on se débrouille tout seul. Surtout éviter la chambre 6, c'est la plus petite et elle donne sur le boulevard bruyant ( on est en ville) . Le chambre 4 est correcte mais mal insonorisée. Personnel du matin peu sympathique. Petit déjeuner au bar du coin ,un café et un super croissant à 2.5€. L'immeuble est bien placé au côté de Toledo ,du port,et du quartier Espagnol.

Que pensez d’une hôtesse que vous rencontrez après deux nuits passés dans la chambre et qui vous demande après vous avoir fait payer au réveil à 9h20 de quitter la chambre à 10h…non négociable ! Et bien elle ne me reverra plus! Il y a plein d’autres endroits accueillants à Naples!

La location e’ in una posizione molto strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Chiesa del Gesù Nuovo/Complesso Santa Chiara. Sono 6 camere, noi eravamo in gruppo, 3 famiglie. Le camere sono pulite e i gestori gentili. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato (120 euro a notte le triple, 150 la quadrupla) le stanze sono strette. Al primo piano e non si può usare l’ascensore. Scale poco illuminate, in palazzo antico. Però ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo.

Camere silenzione e posizione molto comoda. Peccato per la pulizia, doccia piena di calcare, biancheria con cambio ogni 3 giorni ( deludente), un giorno la pulizia della camera è saltata e siamo rimasti senza carta igenica e senza bagnodoccia... insomma qualcosa da attenzionare...

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. E il Centro del Centro! Pina ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Rezeptionistin; gibt gute Tipps! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Neapel ist eine Reise wert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

FOR US THE LOCATION WAS SCARED. NOBODY IN THERE , ENTRACE OF HOTEL WAS DARK PLACE, AND THE PRINCIPAL DOOR VERY DURY. NEVER COME BACK SORRY

I got there and after getting the key the main door was not opening properly, the lift doesn't work so you have to walk up big, thick stairs in an old building. Nobody ever gave us any sort of informations if not asked and it was answered in a poor way, really unprofessional considering that there is no breakfast included and you have to figure everything out, how to get there, grocery store, where to eat. The room door doesn't close if not locked with the key, walls and everything are painted to make it seems newer but it s clearly old and damaged. Bed is decent. Shower and toilet not taken care of, you can clearly see the shower has some brownish around and the toilet was full of a blue cleaning product, even a bit on the seat. We left after the first night and nothing was done to make our experience better or make us change mind, poor answer even when I explained the reason of my discomfort, the owner barely answered. I ve been traveling a lot and experienced different stays but never like this and I adapt easily to everything but the price for 3 nights was really not worth it.

El hotel El Hotel no es nada de lo que nos vendieron atención ninguna para recoger las llaves hay que marcar un número de teléfono y tirar una clave para recoger en un buzón que ellos llaman caseta el ascensor no funciona ni ha funcionado en los cuatro días que hemos estado aquí de los cuatro días dos días no nos han hecho la cama ni han limpiado

Posizione strategica e vicinissima alla fermata metro. La camera molto spaziosa e pulita, ottima l'accoglienza di Pina al desk. Consentono di lasciare il bagaglio nella sala comune anche dopo il checkout. Consigliatissimo.
