納什維爾機場伍德斯普林套房酒店(WoodSpring Suites Nashville Airport)

Todo me pareció muy bien.

The guy at check in at 7 pm on a tue. Was not pleasant. I said hello, cause there was no one visible. He said just a minute in an unkind tone. Waited five min before he showed up. No smile, no hi how are you. There was a guy ahead of me, he got tired of waiting and walked out. Getting into hotel from lobby, the key card took five tries before the door would open. Kinda noisy but guess that's typical.

Was charged twice,the place was loud, smelled awful. When I went out to the car the next morning our window was was busted out along with 8 other cars. This place is a nightmare. I will never even consider staying there again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Really no frills. Booking info should emphasize that this is an EXTENDED-STAY facility, not a hotel. Services are very limited, with no one at the front desk overnight. Even cookware and dishes must be purchased (on-site or elsewhere), and there’s nothing nearby if you don’t have a car. It’s half a mile down a dark, windy road with nothing but businesses…all industrial and closed at night. Several guests were very loud, up all night, and looked a bit “sketchy”. My floor was sticky, even after I had one of the housekeepers damp mop it, and the desk was a simple table with a basic “guest” chair (doesn’t roll or adjust in any way). Finally, twice during the week my key failed to open the door from the lobby to guest rooms. The first time it worked after another guest used the door from inside, the 2nd when maintenance arrived and used their key. Had it been the EXTERIOR door, I’d have been stuck outside for 15 minutes or more until the guy showed up. Very economical if you know what you’re getting, and pet friendly if you need that feature. But once you book for a week, it’s hard to cancel or cut the stay short, so the info on the site should really make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It’s renting a cheap studio apartment by the week.

Bath tub was stopped up. Walls are thin.. Couple next door was arguing throughout the night. Bug in the kitchen

Very convenient! The staff is very friendly always willing to help with whatever you need! The room as are clean and kind of roomy! I really enjoyed my stay here! And thanks to Ms. Rowena and Kirk for handling us with care

My room is dirty on the floor there were used band-aids and I walked with my white socks and they ended up very dirty on the floor of the room

I was so impressed with hospitality and knowledge of the front desk attendant!! She answered and provided me with information as to which was all needed and used for my stay! My room was very comfortable and above my OCD standards. I would definitely recommend this property!!!

Well, for starters, when i arrived, the gentlemen at the front desk was rude. He told me to wait and he'd be right with me(np) I asked him if there was a restroom that i could use and he said,"We don't have a public restroom." I said, i do have a reservation. He said," our restroom is employees only." First of all, i understand probably not allowing the homeless to take over a restroom but what Hotel doesnt have a restroom available for travelers? Then i have to wait for him to check me in? Ive never seen that before. Then i noticed it wasnt very clean. As i walk to my room, the hallway smelled of an extreme funk. No coffee maker in the room? Ive never seen that before,especially at an extend stay hotel? The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I now have a bruise on my knee because i hit it on the rod iron part of the bed as i was getting into it. The walls were super thin so i heard alot. And what seemed to be shady people moving around at all hours of the night. As a solo traveler, i didn't feel safe. I do have to say tho that when i checked out the lady at the front was pleasant. I will not be staying at the Hotel again and now i wonder if all these hotels are like that?
