Holston House in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff. The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night. (We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Gorgeous place and we will be back!

J’ai adoré le confort du lit et des oreillers. L’emplacement était idéal, juste assez près des lieux touristiques et assez loin des zones bouillantes. Décoré avec goût, les rénovations de cette ancienne maison sont réussies. Une baignoire par contre aurait été appréciée. Les repas au restaurant de l’hôtel ne sont pas très bons. Le savon sent vraiment pas bon, genre odeur d’after -shave .

I feel coming in due to lose traction mats in stairs. Staff members saw me and did not assist another guest did. When I finally got to the check out counter the lady asked me “did you just need to site down a moment?” I replied “No, I fell.” To which I received an “Oh@ response to. Then are aircon did not work the first night and was not fixed till the next day. To top it off items were missing from our car parked in valet. Not an amazing time.

Definitely more of a party by the pool then chill and relaxing, also there is zero umbrellas or anywhere to get shade, should definitely throw some umbrellas up there

Great location next to the Renaissance and the mall. Got a dirty room overlooking the parking lot.

We loved our stay. Everyone and everything was lovely. Great touches

Close to Broadway, great rooftop pool, and the breakfast place is so good.
