Super endroit .. personnel gentil et hotel tres propre

Only communicated with one friendly staff member. Housekeeping stormed in multiple times without knocking. Woke up to housekeeping yelling and laughing at 6 am. Rooms were dirty, shower didn’t drain, hot tub was closed, huge brown stains all over carpet. No late check outs. Shuttle bus driver cornered me and my friend about where we parked while checking in and no food or gas stations around.

When I arrived the check in person said we dont have a double queen room .I said to her what happened and she said i don't know She said all i have is a king room .she then said i can make it up to you with a free bottle of water my trip was ruined any questions please call 9097404462 Thank you.

Staff took an extra 1000 dollars off my credit card for “incidentals “ when they were not supposed to. I asked for three days to speak to a man’s and No one ever got me a manager or our money released. Tv did not work on the room. Called for maintenance and you guessed it no one showed up. Horrible place.

At midnight I was woken up by someone coming in my room. How did someone have a key to my room??? When I advised the front desk they said sorry I didn’t do it.. I will be staying elsewhere next time

Check in was fast and easy. Our room was awesome, king bed with a nice big tv and a sitting room with a sofa and desk and a big tv. Bathroom with a walk-in shower. The only down fall was a strange smell in room almost like someone had been cooking and burnt something had to leave the indie open…

Front desk was friendly but a bit disorganized. I had extended my stay. I wasn’t asked to swipe my card again but then another person said I had to which was fine but then I got someone wake me up the next day to ask when I was checking out. My room was only servuced 2x during my week long stay. The phone didn’t work. Front desk couldn’t hear me when I would talk. AC didn’t work. My car was broken into in addition to 3-4 other cars. A Hispanic worker did offer the vacuum which was nice of him but front desk didn’t initiate any communication or show concern.

No linens in the room for sofa bed & I did make sure to say 3 people. 2 adults & one 17 year old child. He was not sleeping with us. When we asked for linens there were no pillows available. Also, only 2 towels & washcloths. Ball was dropped. Our check-in person was great. Breakfast was terrible. The food was microwaved in the “kitchen” and put in serving dishes. Highly possible that the eggs were dehydrated and staff just added water. House keeping just knocked on door (8:30am) and tried to enter in under 3 seconds. Our “maid service please” sign was on inside of door. We don’t checkout until 11:00am. Not sure why they thought it was acceptable to try to come in so early and clean. Just happy we were in the room to stop them from coming in.
