The front desk staff were very kind and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from.

Everything was wonderful, me and my friend had a great time in Nashville and the staff of the hotel were really nice, the room was renovated, clean, and comfy They have a great breakfast in the morning, with pancakes, eggs and more. I would stay there again.

It was exactly as expected. Rooms was comfortable, pillows were ok, I stayed at a Hyatt the next night in a different area and they had really comfy pillows. This hotel had easy parking, nice staff and a fabulous full breakfast included. Easy walk to Broadway and the action. The hotel was quiet except for people slamming their doors at times. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good security measures. Great breakfast. Easily walkable to downtown Nashville. Only negative is the pool is pretty small and while most of the staff was friendly there were a couple that could work in their courtesy. Overall good experience and would definitely go back.

Extremely expensive For one night. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. And the pillows were paper thin. Barely slept at all bc it was so extremely uncomfortable! Almost complained for a refund bc of it. Our view was the air conditioning units. There was trash on the floor when we arrived. Not a great experience. But relatively close to Broadway

The lobby area with pool tables, lots of lounging area, fooseball table, and shuffle board was a great place to relax when you just needed to recharge. A great hotel for families with teens. Pool is small, and only 3 ft deep all the way around.

The view was obstructed but the hotel was nice and clean. It had many amenities and was within walking distance to Broadway. Information regarding extras such as parking was limited.

We booked a hotel that had a better location. We also had less amenities than the original booking. Other friends were rebooked and put in a higher type of property. Hilton Tru vs Hilton Home/to suites. Very disappointed in you service. Will not hesitate to write and share negative review. We didn’t even have a coffee maker!

Hotel was a mess…staff were great. Rooms were really uncomfortable and not equipped for even two occupants. This brand is definitely off our list.

Modern hotel, small rooms with no space to hang things, uses hooks on the wall. No room service the freshen up the room or replace towels. Cost of parking and add ons were exceesive.

Staff ignores you when you walk up to them, kind of rude treatment. I am a Marriott Rewards member so not used to Hilton’s culture.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. My only complaint is that the elevators are extremely slow.

Nice selection for breakfast. Lots of activities available within walking distance. Pool area is nice but small. Nice fireplace by pool area. Pool is only three feet deep. Lobby area is large and has pool table and other activities. We would stay here again if we return to Nashville.
