納什維爾市中心 Moxy 酒店(Moxy Nashville Downtown)

My wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the *****, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is "on demand" they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.

The Moxy was great. Location was awesome! Their staff (Tommy and Ken) were super helpful. Beautiful decore.

Perfekte Lage. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Modern. Lediglich das Bett ist für 2 Personen zu klein (140er Breite, queensize) wenn man größeres gewohnt ist. Das geht aber auch nicht größer bei der Zimmer Größe. Parkgebühr entsprechen der einer Großstadt. Jederzeit gerne wieder hier!

Great place to stay, very clean. Very convenient to everything in the Broadway street area. food at the roof top was great.

The staff was horrible. We paid for a window room - they said it was false advertising by ******* and put us in a room without a window night number 1. They then moved us to a queen room with a room which was also horrible. Terrible experience and we'll never stay here again!

We will never stay anywhere else, we come down about once a year, this was out 8th visit. This was our best stay, and I truly wont book anywhere else. Rooms, lobby, location, staff, a**osphere. Everything, we loved it!

The room you have in your pictures and amenities are not what are there. The room you showed had floor to cieling windows but the room they initially gave me was a dungeon with no windows. When I asked about getting the room shown they said it wasn't there problem and were pretty nasty about it, said Its the room you guys reserved for me and that I'd have to talk to you. After a bit of a heated exchange they finally gave me a better room. Also in your description they supposedly had laundry available, continental breakfast a grocery store. They had none of these. I ran into another couple who had the same issue as far as the room and the staff being extremely rude.

Our room had no windows, and felt like a dungeon. The staff was so rude, ASIDE from the valet (They were lovely). I don't plan on being back to stay here. the only perk about this hotel was the location.

The Industrial Loft style can be great, but its so over done here. Our room was smaler than a minivan and had no windows (how is that even legal?)
