대체적으로 깨끗한편이었고, 간단하지만 먹을만한 무료 아침식사가 있어 좋았습니다. 객실내 슬리퍼가 없어 개인이 준비할 필요가 있습니다. 객실 내 전등 등 모든 스위치는 리모컨 없이 수동으로 조작해야합니다. 1층 로비에 사용가능한 PC와 프린터가 있습니다.

Absolutely loved it! Everything is walking distance, breakfast is great, and will.be returning when I go back to Nashville soon.

Definitely paying for convenience, otherwise not worth the price, bathroom smelled horribly sour, not enough bedding, under construction which we were not notified of. Stayed only one night thankfully.

There was some construction, the bar area looked small and petty. No bottles water for customers unless you were a hyatt member which was a little silly to me but i appreciated the Breakfast

Everything was great but room temperature was 78 degrees and could not be adjusted. Was a little hot to sleep

The staff really made this a bad experience for me. We arrived late at night, and the hotel door will not open unless you have a room key. I stood by the door with my luggage and security saw me but didnt move. I assumed I had the wrong entrance and walked around the entire building, before coming back. I then knocked on the glass, and the security told me I needed a card. I tried telling her through the glass that I needed to check-in. She eventually got up and let us in. At another time, I asked the front desk if any food had arrived, as the food had been marked delivered, but they said no. I decided to wait a few minutes before reporting my food. During that time, another delivery had arrived for a different occupant. The front desk “called” the room once, and then proceded to take the food behind the counter and eat it. I confronted them about it, and the attendant said that he called the room multiple times (it was once), and said that the delivery driver was his friend and allowed him to keep it (not true). The security and other attendant defended him. Every single time I walked by, they were on their phones, and not paying attention to what was happening around them. The night staff was completely unprofessional.

We had excellent customer service, and we had a great stay overall. The only downside was this hotel didn’t have a microwave, and the pillows were a lil uncomfortable(flat)

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place. Staff was very helpful and polite. Only thing that was horrible was the coffee. Very bitter.

Great location right in the middle of downtown! Room was very clean and cozy beds were superior. Breakfast was delicious. Kids enjoyed the pool for a few hours and loved it.

Cannot beat the location. Front desk staff are great, super quick check in and out. Decent continental breakfast. Only complaint is the Rooms are not super quiet.

Love that it’s so close to Bridgestone area!!! The only thing I had a problem with is the price of parking!!! That should be included with the room rate!!!

We stayed 4 nights at The Hyatt Place it was our first time to Nashville, the staff were very nice and made sure we had all we needed for our stay, the breakfast was delicious, if we visit Nashville again we will be staying at Hyatt Place also our room was nice, clean and comfortable

Clean property, and courteous staff. The location was closed to everything I needed. I would recommend it.
