One of our favorite go-to hotels! Love that they’re dog friendly!!💓💓

Nice and clean; shower was wonderful. Really didn't like the design of the room and it felt overpriced, so we won't be back.

My stay was amazing until the incident with my truck. I paid for valet parking to ensure the safety and security of my vehicle. However the vehicle was damaged in the parking garage. Someone curbed my rear driver side wheel and clipped a pole or wall in the garage resulting in a huge scuff down the side of my wheelwell. None of this damage was disclosed to me when presented with my vehicle. I could not visibly see the damage due to the early morning darkness and did not see the damage until i returned. I am currently waiting on contact from the hotel and hoping to be made whole after this unexpected incident.

The hotel esthetic is charming and has a more intimate atmosphere. We enjoyed the more relaxed vibe. The location is far enough from the chaos on Broadway to provide a place to wind down and chill but close enough to be walkable with lots of alternative transportation options around.

Overall its a nice hotel but I was charged for amenities that we never used and something from mini bar that we never had… I will be reaching out to the G.M first thing in the morning..

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The only con I dont like that the toliet and shower isn't divided. So the bathroom floor stays wet from the shower and I ended falling in the bathroom cause the floor was wet.

The price for valet was extremely high! The hotel itself was lovely and the various live performers was fun too!

Always a great staycation for us! Fun, friendly, great food and drinks. Comfy rooms. Would reco to anyone!

The rug in the room was beyond filthy. Needed to be replaced. The staff were incredibly friendly.
