I had a wonderful experience at The Joseph. The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The service was consistently friendly and professional — every staff member I interacted with made me feel well taken care of. The on-site restaurant and bar exceeded expectations with high-quality food and a great ambiance. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax. I was also impressed by the excellent selection of wine, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. Highly recommend The Joseph for anyone visiting Nashville who appreciates comfort, style, and great hospitality.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN.

⸻ I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I lost my phone and credit card and informed the staff, yet I was forced to wait outside my room for three hours before being allowed to pay. Eventually, I found my items but was charged an extra $400, despite already paying $1,450 for the stay and over $2,000 on food and drinks. The staff treated me disrespectfully, making me feel like a criminal rather than a guest. I do not recommend this hotel

O hotel se diz de luxo, mas ao chegar ninguém né ajudou com as malas, tive que deixá-las na recepção pq meu quarto não estava pronto, recebi meu quarto somente as 17h, aí descobri que não conseguiram encontrar minhas malas, tive que ia ao depósito para ajudar a encontrar, no período da noite, ao tentar ir ao bar ou jantar, fui informado que todos os ambientes do hotel estavam reservados para um evento, ou seja o hotel anuncia de forma orgulhosa os seus ambientes só website, mas ao se hospedar o hóspede não tem acesso a nada! Ridículo, o pior hotel que fiquei em anos. Jamais voltarei.

Property is not a 5 star hotel at all. But it was convenient and clean. Rooms are very small. Staff was not friendly and nothing special about stayng here. Valet was awesome though. Friendliest valet I've ever experienced. Hard working, polite. That's the highlight of the whole hotel.

I took off one star due to the lack of personality’s of the bartenders. The Speak Easy staff were friendly not very good at conversation but the drinks were delicious. The pool bar was absolutely not friendly and the drinks were terrible! The bartender was so rude we didn’t return. The pool was the attraction and reason for us booking the stay at the Joseph. The greeters were the best part of our stay. They were all so friendly and we looked forward to seeing them everyday! The staff other than the pool bartender were all 5 stars.

I had my husband’s bag and mine and no one offered to assist me to the room the gave me the key. They assured other travelers who were more capable and had less luggage. The room was not cleaned or restocked properly which was very disappointing. We had an event and I scheduled a blow out but the person was not a stylist it was at the hotel very odd and disappointing. We would not stay there again

Stay away - over rated over priced and broken down Room service screwed up every order. Resteraunt is horrible food. Nothing worked in room. No iPad, no work fi, no tv controller. Fridge was not working either. Spa was way over priced and locker room was horrible. No shelves on lockers and no bench to sit on. 385 for a poor massage and no service. Will never recommend or stay here again.
