納什維爾約瑟夫豪華精選酒店(The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville)

I can write pages about this hotel and it won’t be enough to describe how professional everyone that works there is. We got there and we were greeted at the door, we were walked by the gentleman outside to the front desk: the most professional and sweet lady ( I wish I can remember her name) toke care of us : we got there very early (10am because of an early flight) and guess what, we got a call around 11:20 am exactly telling us our room was ready. The hotel is very nice and welcoming, from its staff to its facilities!!! The room was beautiful, very clean, the shower and bathroom has everything you need!!! I will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone who wants a great place to stay in while visiting Nashville!! Thank you everyone who made our stay fantastic Keep the hard work

My sunglasses were stolen from me at the pool , I reported at the desks front bot I didn’t get any response, also I was charged with 150 dollars for to take a little pet ,

The Joseph is an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend. It's a beautiful hotel with great service.

Good service, amazingly comfortable, not really child friendly, the guest and employees not nice to children

The property was beautiful, quiet and well kept. The staff were exceptional. Will definitely stay here again!

Parking was to expensive should be included with stay. Coffee Maker room would not work.

Beautiful high-end luxury property, very friendly and helpful staff, great walkable location, rooms are big and modern and the beds are so comfortable !
