納什維爾黑耶斯街酒店(Hayes Street Hotel Nashville)

Very nice clean hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet since it’s nowhere near the honky tonks. Only downside is the breakfast is only packaged stuff I can understand Continental breakfast not having hot food but I’ve never heard of not able to get a piece of toast or bowl of cereal

Get to the “hotel” and they made us park our own car and still tried to charge us for valet. The rooms were nothing like pictured on the site. Room in disrepair and the curtains about to fall off and completely see through. The walls were paper thin and heard people on one side having loud sex and the other side screaming children. The morning we were woken up at 6:15 am by jackhammers and construction. I asked to be moved 3 times and they said because I have an ******* reservation I was locked into my room and could not make any changes.

There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel, being woken up at 5:30 in the morning is really not that great especially when you’re out in Nashville until 2 AM we even tried napping in the middle of the day and it was way too loud! The hotel staff was very friendly

Construction across the street. Which woke us up at 7am. Homeless walking up and down the street at all hours. Paint peeling from the ceiling. The view was a building under construction. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the room wasn’t clean.

The staff was awesome. Would like a better variety of breakfast, the heat in the room was better, and the water when taking a shower go down faster.

Property was nice however, they failed to mention the construction noise next door. We also had no water for an entire day during the stay.

It is extremely musty. I woke up with a bad headache. This is far from the high end prices they charge. Nothing was comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel having read previous reviews. I found it clean, the rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly and professional. Unfortunately the coffee maker didn’t work in the room. As he weather was terrible there was no construction happening, so it was quiet
