The place is very accessible to Broadway

We reserved a king room with a terrace. Room has a cooling/heating system that runs nonstop, vibrates causing a rattle, and makes consistent high-pitch whining sounds, which makes sleeping difficult. Mini-fridge an old, repurposed pay as you take that still has the dividers and small sections that makes it difficult to really use. Friendly staff, clean, good location, but will pass on staying here again.

All employees we spoke to were very friendly, Would definitely stay again! Arrived late and was greeted with a smile. Only ate dinner here one night and enjoyed the bar atmosphere and food. We were lucky to have a complimentary upgrade, was very appreciated as we were celbreating my birthday! Loved our room as well!

Everything was excellent and the staff are professional and friendly. Location is perfect for easy access to lower Broadway, or a game at Nissan Stadium. Food at Gray & Dudley was great, including the best breakfast sandwich ever. Keep up the good work!

Was in town for Nashville Predators game. Deangelo reached out with a welcoming text message and was able to accommodate my early check in, as I had just driven from St. Louis and was tired and needed a nap before the game. He met me at the front desk with a smile and upgraded my room and gave me the lay of the land. Room was great, super clean. As a hotel manager myself, I was impressed with the whole experience. And only a 5 minute walk to Bridgestone Arena. Great trip...thanks Deangelo; come visit me in St. Louis

It was my husband’s birthday and someone got to sleep on a pullout. We checked in thinking we had the rooms we had reserved. It wasn’t until we got to the room that we realized there was only one bed.So beware if you stay at this hotel you may show up to find you did not get the room you expected.

Let me preface this review by saying that our stay was the weekend of the transfer from 21C Museum to Hilton Tapestry and some of the issues we had will hopefully get resolved with new management. Pros: Location-- very close walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. We booked it for the proximity to Nissan stadium thinking that would be a quick walk as well. While it is doable, is much longer than it appears on the map. Wear comfortable shoes! Hotel restaurant had great cocktails and food. Room was very clean and spacious. Very nice updated, modern design. Staff were very friendly. Cons: The roads surrounding the hotel are under heavy construction and completely inaccessible. Also, if there is an event at the stadium, the police block off the accessible roads. We were told by Nashville police that we had to park several blocks away in public parking and carry our luggage ourselves. There is valet but you have to be able to get to it to use it! There is so much traffic and one way streets that this was a nightmare all weekend. Don't arrive close to the time of an event! There were multiple hiccups with check-in and many guest rooms were still not ready for check in at 5pm. Hopefully this will be sorted out as the transition to Hilton is completed. But again, with traffic flow you need to arrive earlier and not later but be aware your room might not be ready. We never got housekeeping even though we left the door hanger outside of the room requesting service. It was only 2 nights however, a refill of coffee and towels would have been nice. They did bring towels after we requested them from the desk. None of the outlets worked by the bed. The alarm clock had a usb thankfully to charge my phone. The other couple traveling had a pipe leaking under their sink. They notified the desk but they never attempted to fix it. They used a towel to keep the water at bay. Their outlets did not work either and there were no outlets in the bathroom of their room. When you have paid $500-$800 a night for a room it changes the expectations of the hotel. Not a deal breaker for me but the art has been taken out of the hotel with the tradition of ownership if that was something that was important to you. Overall, it was a good stay and I am sure they will get the kinks worked out. As someone who likes to be prepared, I hope this helps!

Perhaps naively as an Accor platinum member, I assumed that might count for something. Sadly - nothing. Stayed here twice in July. First trip there simply was no acknowledgment of the status. Nor did I get. Check out bill / folio as the staff member gave me. Different figure every 5 minutes. It’s fair to say he was new, had no clue and didn’t represent the hotel well. I had to email to,ask for one. Given I was back in 2 weeks, I mailed the duty manager and asked that he check my booking, room and reception would be as expected. We had booked the 8th floor terrace rooms as very expensive treat for our last 2 nights of our US road trip. On checkin they tried to give me. Floor 2 room, busy street facing and said that the 8th floor was unavailable. Long story short, eventually given the room, in a building site and woken at 3-00 and again at 6-00 by manager arguing on phone with staff member who had obviously resigned and was being ‘encouraged’ to come to work. Not what you expect in a near $1,000 a night room. Manager had given himself the room next door. The hotel is moving to Hilton. Good luck, Accor is well shot, it’s an embarrassment. .

Een uitstekend hotel met goede parking service. Ook de deskmedewerkers en bedienend personeel zijn heel,vriendelijke mensen. Koffie staat de hele dag klaar. Ligt midden in de stad, en op loopafstand van de bars en muziek.
