納什維爾西區大道希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Nashville West End Avenue)

One of the nicest hotels we’ve experienced. The room was immaculate, and the front desk staff was super friendly. We were most impressed by the workout facility… it had everything we needed for a full workout while on vacation, which was unexpected and awesome! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Nashville!

Little bit from city center but very nice and comfortable

First time staying here and I'll be back! Friendly staff and we were able to check in early. Hallway and room were spotless with no odor (as carpeted hallways can often have!) Huge thumbs up there for me. Also, the location is super convenient to get to most restaurants/events

The property was an easy Uber to the activities on music row and Broadway. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was not clear that I would have to pay for parking. At check in we were told it was included, at check out, I had a significant parking fee.

The main reason I went there was because they had a vehicle charger. I assume the charging would be free. They charge me $30 to park, then they wanted three dollars an hour to charge, which would have been another $36. In the morning instead, I went to a Tesla supercharger, which was located next to a Hampton Inn with free parking and rooms there were half the price.

Bummer the pool was closed on a nice day! Cool rooftop pool area though! Very nice rooms and dining area. Fairly close to things with Uber. Area around wasn't as clean as other areas, but the building and inside was great!

I stayed at the Hilton Garden with my daughter. The stay was pleasant with minor issues. If you're staying for multiple days, you have to notify them if you want cleaning or fresh towels either the day before needed or by 8 am the day of. I contacted them at 7:46 am the day of requesting fresh towel. Guest services stated that they would have housekeeping deliver them to my room. I reached out to housekeeping personally around 11 am to ensure they received my request and they did not (they reviewed a form on their cart). The housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating despite not receiving the request. Also, be prepared to pay a $30 parking garage fee for overnight stay. You cannot access the garage directly from the hotel nor is there any other parking, which makes the fee ridiculous. Overall, my stay was ok. I did not use any of the amenities (breakfast, which isn't complimentary, gym, on site restaurant, etc) so I cannot attest to them.
