Terrible experience during check in. We checked in early around 11 am and the room was not ready, which is fine because their check in wasn’t until 3, but after 3 pm other guests would come in after us and they would get their room keys and we kept on asking about our room and they said they did not have any rooms available for us, even though we have been waiting for 4 hours. Finally at 4 pm, after speaking with a manager they gave us our room, the wrong room!!! We had reserve a 2 double bed and they gave us a one king bed. We had to go back to the lobby and request a room change. After we finally settled in, we requested a microwave and a safe because the one in the room was broken. I had to call the lobby 2 more times before they brought us to e microwave and had to wait more than a day for them to bring another safe. The hotel is not worth what we paid for. Just a terrible experience overall.
