金温度度假酒店和住宅(Goldwynn Resort & Residences)

Accoglienza da parte della struttura normale. Check-in eseguito alle 16 anche se in albergo siamo arrivati alle 10. Ci hanno dato un bagno per cambiarci, neanche una stanza. Ci siamo recati in spiaggia e ci hanno dato due lettini anche se eravamo in sette, dicendo che erano gli ultimi. Per finire ci hanno presentato un conto con parecchi addebiti non nostri, il signore addetto alla reception li ha stornati ma sono comunque stati addebitati successivamente sulla carta di credito. Ho inviato una mail chiedendo spiegazioni ma nessuno ha ancora risposto. Colazioni normali.

The bathroom job was broken, a worker walked in my room while I was in there with my significant other, the food menu was horrible. The restaurant owner was ****** and stereotyped me due to my skin.

I was very disappointed at the level of service and unhelpfulness of the staff. There is no bottle of water in your room and when you call the concierge, they also don’t provide that. They tell you to drink the filtered water instead which doesn’t taste good. So we constantly had to buy water. Unlike Bahamas they don’t have a set rate for cab rides. So cab drivers can charge you whatever they want. The only person who was nice and helpful at the hotel, was trying to sell us time share. Rooms are nice and clean but if you want a fun vacation with luxurious experience I strongly recommend Bahamar. Even the staff there are nicer and helpful. I feel like I wasted my money, and strongly discourage you from staying at Goldwynn.

The property was beautiful with great views! We arrived on the 2nd day (0202/23) of opening with work still going on on the floors above us & down the hall. Not as relaxing when there is hammering & a tile saw going in the background. The smoke alarm kept going off as well. We were told on arrival that there would be continental breakfast in the morning to accommodate for not having their restaurant ready. The next morning, we were told that they changed their mind & we could purchase the pastries. We purchased groceries & alcohol from local stores & overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend going after the property was complete & they have their kinks worked out.

Go to Baha Mar Rosewood or Atlantis Cove. Don’t fall for this marketing trap, as they heavily misrepresent the state of this hotel. - Still under heavy construction (barely any rooms open) and will hear loud buzzsaws, hammers, tractors, machinery, and other loud noises in the room, at the pool, and on the beach for a while. - Located directly on the road and police sirens are constant. - No restaurants available (only a soggy sandwich or boxed salad) and expensive to taxi to any options since the temporary free shuttle ends early in the night and only takes you to a couple locations. - A/C vent buzzing, construction banging & beeping, and doors slamming all night and morning that prevented sleep because the doors and walls are paper thin. - Housekeeping knocks on doors far too often and comes in no matter what you say. - Goldwynn timeshare salesman pesters you relentlessly the whole trip. - Water leak in room, so unable to shower and pieces of the ceiling fell. - Non-working outlets. - Lifeguards do not allow guests to do much of anything besides stand in the water. Management claimed they would promptly correct their shortcomings, but failed to do so even after promising to send maintenance numerous times. Take your business elsewhere.

This property is spectacular all around! Starting with the rooms being so spacious to super high tech with high end finishes to the amazing outdoor space! Staff was exceptional. A level of customer service I have not seen a while! The restaurant food was fantastic…didn’t need to venture out as it was so good and so many options! Pool and pool side service was great! It truly is an amazing property and we definitely will be returning!

The staff and service was exceptional, correction is exceptional because I am sure it still will be when you arrive. I prefer this facility over the SLS, Atlantis or any resort in the immediate vicinity, If you are looking for entertainment or food options, this isn’t going be to what you are seeking. However, if peace and quiet with a manicured view is what you desire, then welcome home!
