塞倫蒂普斯頓酒店和簡易別墅(Serendip Stone Hotel and Bungalow)

Really beautiful place, full of scenery. The staff is very courteous specially Nadesha at front office and resultant manager. The gardens are welll maintained and it is clear the owner is nature lover and person that appreciates Sri Lankan culture with beautifully maintained sculptures etc.rooms are clean and fits to the style of the hotel. we would come back again

We were there for 5 nights (Jan 2024). The staff was great. The Manager, Asela and the receptionist, Nadeesa were very kind and supportive. The room was great and unique, and the room service (Ravi and another boy) was awesome. We would love to visit again! Highly recommended.

J’ai été accueilli chaleureusement après minuit car l’avion avait 4h de retard. Le personnel toujours souriant et professionnel.( surtout Mme Dilini) Le cadre est très joli, et les décorations de même….les chambres très spacieuses ! Avec terrasse. Les petits déjeuners et dîners sous forme de buffet sont très bons. La piscine et le parking sont gratuits. J’ai beaucoup aimé calme de cet établissement et sa proximité avec Kandy et les visites du triangle culturel . Je recommande.

Friendly staff with the warm welcome. Atmostphere is very beautiful. They have wonderful two swiming pools and we used one which is on the ground floor. Food was amazing and many variations in the buffet. And we tryed indian food also and it was amazing. Hotel has nice garden. We will be here when we visit Sri Lanka again... Thank you for all the staff for nice hospitality...

We were a big family group n had an enjoyable stay. Lovely place overlooking the river. Great value for money. The food was reasonably good n helpful staff too. Quiet close to Kandy city n it’s attractions. Rooms r clean n spacious n airy. Overall we enjoyed our Stay n the time we spent in the pool.

Beautiful resort with great views. We were kindly upgraded to the Suite with private pool with a magnificent views. People are very friendly and very attentive manager. The only thing I would suggest it’s to improve the quality of restaurant a la Carte menu options and quality and internet on the bedrooms.

We checked into the Stone bunglow for a 2 night stay with family. The homely and friendly hospitality by the staff in all departments made our stay very comfortable. We were permitted to entertain a few frends from outside. The poolside restaurant was offered to us with good staff who served us with good timing. We also noticed the staff was well trained and followed all regulations and proper practices in hospitality. The Location is breath taking and a wonderfull experience at the bunglow. I recommend Serandip Stone Bunglow as a must visit location in kandy Srilanka. This property will remain as a first choice Location in our future visits to Srilanka.

Très bel hôtel Personnel très sympathique Par contre nous avons du tomber la mauvaise nuit il y avait une fête de famille du coup on a eu de la musique à fond jusqu’à 7h du matin non stop Mais sinon super hébergement

Everything was very Nice, people were very kind and the room was clean ! We enjoy the diner and thé breakfast, and the pool was perfect to end the day ! We recommend this hotel if you travel on Kandy!
