Un desastre absoluto. El hotel está todo en obras y sucio. Solo habilitada la planta 4 y el ascensor estropeado. El precio reservado, mentira, nos cobraron lo que les dio la gana. El desayuno no lo sirven hasta las 8, tardan mucho, y la comida es solo la típica de Egipto, no te dan ni café. Un absoluto desastre, jamás volvería. Las habitaciones no corresponden a las características que ponen y las vistas, solo desde la terraza si es un día muy claro, porque normalmente no te deja ni ver la contaminación. Un absoluto desastre de hotel

Staff was incredible and attentive, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and a good variety. Amir was very helpful in giving tips for what to do and how to get around. Rooftop restaurant had an amazing view of the pyramids.

最高のホテル。スタッフ皆んなすごく親切で対応が早かった。ルーフトップのレストランピラミッドが綺麗に見えて形式は大変素晴らしい。朝食が色々物あってとても美味しかった。ホテル通してピラミッドのツアーも手配してもらって安全でした。そしてホテルはピラミッドからだいたい車で15分くらいなので観光終わったらホテルに早く戻れた。ルーフトップのレストランで夕食も頂いたので便利でした。きっとまた泊まりたいと思うありがとうございました😊。

Staff was really nice and helpful. They helped us with organising our tours to the pyramids and got us drivers if we wanted to go somewhere Breakfast was plenty and delicious. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is located very close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, it was a good value for money

It was really good stay, me and my family enjoyed everything the pyramids view, food and the staff especially dala. They are so welcoming and supporting for anything you ask. We loved the Amazing Christmas night For sure not my last time in this hotel.
