灣丘賓館及套房(Bay Hill Inns & Suites)

This was our second time staying here. The hot tub is still out of service for over a year. The hot tub area is a storage room, so obviously they don't plan on fixing it. Our security lock on the room door was broken and the bathroom door handle was about to fall off. I fixed the door handle myself because I figured it would be easier. There was no soap in the bathroom, so we had to ask for it to be brought. The garbage was completely full in the breakfast area, even though we were the only ones eating. Made me wonder when the last time it was emptied. It just seems like the general maintenance and upkeep is lacking or there is an apathy from the staff or owners regarding their property.

Heat is room was weird. It was either blowing hot air or cold air. It must have a boiler because it made loud noises when the heat turned on. The free breakfast was OK, but the bread was crappy, cheap bread and the jam you couldn't even use because it was so dried out that you couldn't even spread it.

Room was good, quiet and clean. Would nice to have a hot breakfast

Staff were very friendly, rooms were very modern for where you were at. Larger fridge, microwave, Keurig machine in room. Clean, quiet.

It was quiet and clean. Not too many options for continental breakfast.

clean room, well maintained property, friendly staff.I did not know about the surcharge that ******* charges, so I am not happy with ******* about not making this more obvious.The hotel itself was awesome.Thank you.

Breakfast could be better and more healthy. Have a bran focused cereal.

There is no pool and no gym, the walls are also not well insulated
