Returning guests, it was our second and spoke with a few others that also returned as id say it’s a peaceful beautiful rustic chill vibe. To unplug, recharge and fill your cup. The water is clear and beautiful so many fish you can see a lot of action for sure, food is simple, fresh and tasty. So there’s a few cats that live on property and they are well behaved, (if you don’t like cats they stay clear) we just fell in love with ginger he is so charming I was sad to leave him. On this note: management could you speak with owners and ask for a cat care budget. Get the cats fixed and feed and water them at least daily? I understand they are outdoor wild cats but they do work for you keeping rodents away. I asked who cared for cats and I was told no one.

Excelente serviço. Vale todo centavo, o local é super exclusivo, serviço de garçom com timing perfeito. A comida sempre suficiente e sempre de excelente qualidade. A vista é de tirar o fôlego . O acesso não é tão fácil mas vale a pena . Recomendo ir de táxi. Ah…não existe Uber na Jamaica.

Hotel intimista, atendimento impecável, ótima gastronomia,bares, cavernas, atividades românticas e tudo isso com um gigante aquário do mar do caribe a seus pés. Funcionários altamente preparados e sempre cordiais. Voltarei muito em breve..

This was our third trip to The Caves after visits in 2023 and 2024. We will definitely be back! We had an excruciating flight delay coming in and didn't arrive at the resort until shortly before midnight, but were promptly shown to our room and the security guard who showed us in even offered to make us dinner. We weren't hungry, but the offer was very much appreciated after a 9 hour flight delay. The two things we love the most about The Caves are the staff and people of Negril who always make us feel like we are family, and the fact that we can totally relax and forget the stress of our day to day routines. The staff could not be more welcoming. There were too many to thank, but Stacey during the day and Floyd at dinner both made us feel like family. Zoom was our server for our cave dinner and he was impeccable (anyone who stays needs to do the cave dinner). Earl inspired us enter the crystal clear Caribbean waters from way up high and taught us how to jump into the Blue Hole. Owen the groundskeeper is always a ray of light and such a kind person. There were others: Ammar, Asteena, Randy, Glen, etc. We can't wait to get back!

Visited the cave for dinner with my boyfriend on our last day of our trip, which was a 10 out of 10 experience . Our server by the name of Zoom was WONDERFUL. All 5 dishes were great , unlimited cocktails, wine, etc. Scenery was beyond perfect , candles lit throughout which was soooo romantic. Again thank you for your patience and kindness Zoom. (Ps he made the best espresso martini )
