We loved our stay and were happy with the room. Everyone was super friendly. The breakfast buffet could be better.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, great location, large swimming pool with views.

넬리베이 페리터미널 바로 앞에 있어서 위치는 아주 좋습니다 ㅎㅎ 수영장도 있고 조식 포함으로 구매해서 만족했어요 :) 하지만, 숙소에 개미가 너무 많아요 ,,, 특히 커피랑 티 준비되어있는 부분에 개미가 너무 많았어요 ㅠㅠ 그래서 청결도 점수는 조금 줬습니다 ,, 참고하세요들 !

I didn’t like the rude arrogant grey haired, bearded staff member tha wouldn’t let me use a trolley from the parking area to get our luggage to the room. After I went to reception to get a trolley from there he barged into the lift in front of me and locked me out. This same individual came into the pool area that evening yelling out that he was closing the pool and we had to leave. I almost did , until I realised that the can he was drinking wasn’t his first. He kept on trying to get us to leave and then his friends from the marina arrived with more booze . Eventually the swearing and yelling made us leave. Management should make a rule that resort facilities are for paying guests only, not for staff and their friends

The bed was uncomfortable. Advertised king but was 2 singles pushed together with a very worn mattress. Aircon leaked all over the couch

Not worth the money it cost to stay, was not very clean, air conditioning in one room was not working, pool was under maintenance. With small children were also had a long walk to our room from the front entry. More thought on room position would be good. Would not stay again.

Room was in excellent condition, all of the staff at reception were extremely helpful, service from the waitresses at the restaurant were perfect, convenient location next to the ferry, IGA and marina, very clean pools and a nice outlook too.

We arrived at the hotel and were provided a room directly opposite the lobby. The room was on the ground floor and was unclean and barely stocked. The room had 1 teaspoon and only one pair of each kitchen utensil, with no sink other than the bathroom sink available to clean up. The room also came without pool towels which we had to request later on. Finally the restaurant was being run on a shoestring with dirty floors and fruit flys all over the bar counter. We checked out 2 days early and flew back to Brisbane.
